So I know these aren’t very good pictures but believe me when I say this mattress is perfect. The mattress is leveled and uniformed all around. It pretty much filled up right after taking it out of the packaging. I let it sit for about 3 hours before using it. No weird lumps or anything. The mattress is not too soft or too hard, just perfect. I would say it’s very true to a medium plush feel. Sort of molds to your body but I don’t find it difficult to get in and out of bed. This could very well compare to other expensive mattresses.

I purchased this mattress due to my bad back in hopes id wake up in less pain in the mornings. It is a firm mattress and my last one was on the softer side. It was a big difference to get used to. But i am on my 3rd night of sleeping on it and it has improved my pain so much so i am able to take the dog on longer walks. I was really nervous on buying a mattress on the internet but it is so worth it. So worth it. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this out on a limb. It was between this bed and another that only had 5 reviews. I am a huge review reader before purchasing and I read through SO many for WEEKS before making a decision. Unboxing this matress was very simple and placing it on my Zinus Bed Frame was easier than ever. But I did have one other person helping, which I'd highly recommend. It got to it's original 12" within 24 hours, so that was wonderful. It had a lump in it for about 3 hours but it went away and evened out nicely. Sleeping on it is wonderful although I am a sweater and this bed doesn't do my sweating any justice for being up against my body without much breathability. Other than that though, I have no complaints. The bed is very comfortable and is good for any position sleeper. Very very quiet to move around in and you barely feel another person getting onto the bed. Very happy with this purchase!

Pros-
Quality: the mattress is very well made and is as described in the specifications
Comfort: if you are looking for a FIRM but comfortable bed, this is a good choice.
Noise/Disruption: None. I barely feel my partner or 80 pound dog move around during the night.

Cons-
Temperature: if you're a hot sleeper you need to make sure you have a lightweight blanket and some fans
Comfort: on the other side, the firmness is something I need to get used to. I am sleeping through the night but I am randomly pulling back muscles now

I got the 12 inch model. No lumps no weird smells came fully packaged in its little 96lb box. Unpacked and inflated near instantly. Slept on it several hours after opening. I was really worried about how soft and overall solid it would be. Im 6 3 320lbs so sinking into a mattress is a major concern for me shopping for a mattress. Im happy and extremely surprised to say that this thing is nice and firm i barely make a dent in it sitting straight up but at the same time its soft enough to sleep comfortably. It has great edge support. I have a tendency to slide over to and sleep on the edges of beds and I havent woken up once feeling like im going to fall of. YES I also am using this with an ADJUSTABLE BED frame and it works great. No problems in any of the positions whatsoever. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone whos bigger heavy or just a large person. Ive had it for a month now

I heard great things about this mattress and decided to try it. The box it came in was badly damaged, all sliced up, but the interior rolled up mattress fine. It inflated well and within 2 days. I left the window open to dissipate the smell. It was fine after 2 days. Some earlier reviews said that this mattress was medium to firm in feel. I find it to be slightly firmer than I wanted, but my husband likes it, so we will keep it. I do consider it a good value for the money.

The mattress arrived damaged from the factory soiled with dirt and grease. The way these mattresses are packaged (compressed, folded then rolled up) it was impossible to tell until already opening the package.

I was informed by Amazon they do not accept returns of opened mattresses. Furthermore, I was given the run-around by the manufacturer, ZINUS. They stated any return has to be via Amazon and there was nothing they could do to help me.

So here I am with a damaged mattress and literally nothing will be done by the manufacturer; unreal! Quite possibly the WORST customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Pathetic they REFUSE to even attempt to make it right. I BEG Amazon to sever ties with a company who refuses to make right their own mistakes!

I will be initiating a charge back via my financial institution.
