It showed up a day earlier than tracking originally stated (which was both fine and appreciated). Assembly was much easier than some other reviews noted, however, there was one back piece screw that was slightly diagonal and unable to fit the hole attaching it to base of the couch properly. I had to widen the hole on the base a bit (the bolt is attached to the back piece and goes through a hole in the base which is then secured by a washer and bolt so it wasn’t a big deal). Besides taking a bit longer to accommodate for this adjustment, it was a simple, one woman job. The cushions are firm, which I think is a great thing. Soft cushions mean sagging and looking sloppy sooner and shorter lifespan over all. I was even able to move this from the living room where I assembled it, down to my basement where my studio is with ease, and alone. The color was a bit more ivory/yellow than I expected but I also have it against stark white walls and floors in my studio.

Over all, the couch is MUCH better quality than I expected for the price. Both my husband and I (and one of the kids) would fit comfortably on this all together. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone on a budget or with a smaller space.

Amazing how they can get a whole love seat into a box that size. Easy to assemble. The seat cushions are so comfortable. The material feels like a quality linen. We would definitely buy this again.

This sofa looks very nice but is not that confortable. Installation was easy but the underlying fabric did not have precut holes so I had to cut with a pair of scissors .. it doesnt look so good if someone were to lift up the couch and look under. The holes drilled in had alot of splintered wood.. if you are not careful you can get splinters or cut yourself. The couch looks lighter in person than in the picture but the fabric looks and feels like good quality. the back piece and arm rest do not install evenly with the main piece of the loveseat. Overall you get what you pay for.. but i definitely would not purchase again

This couch looks great, it seems like it's going to be very small when you are putting it together, but turns out it's a very nice size. It fits me and my husband perfectly along with our 1 year old and even then we will have some room. The couch feels very sturdy and I like the firmness of the cushions. The only thing I don't like is the back cushions get squished very quickly and the seat cushions slide out a bit after sitting for a while.
We have the love seat in our living room and will be getting a couch to go along with it soon, but from the look of it, it would look perfect in an office setting. The color is slightly lighter in person than we expected, but I was pleasantly surprised because it looked a bit too dark for my preferences online.

Update: My husband broke the back off of the couch by using it to lean against it very hard to pop his back. I'm not blaming the couch entirely because he was pretty rough on it.

I was concerned as I opened the "damaged box" but pleasantly surprised as I removed the contents. All of the pieces were there, the holes lined up as expected. I was disappointed with the instructions as they were like "connect a dot" faded out and not legible. I have never assembled a sofa and luckily figured this out on my own! The sofa looks fabulous and I love it!! 4 stars due to the assembly instructions.

This is IMPOSSIBLE to put together. Do NOT buy this couch. The holes for the screws do not align. We spent money for something that we cannot even use. And it will cost me just as much money to return the couch. Also, it is dangerous for your life. There are exposed nails sticking out. See the picture

The loveseat is not "Ultra Comfortable" as the title reads. The color is as it reads but I would not buy it again, it is so hard to sit on it! it feels like you are sitting on a hardboard. I checked inside the cushion and is some kind of hard foam. I red other reviews regarding this issue and thought maybe is not that bad, big mistake I wish I never got this loveseat!

Great loveseat! Box was destroyed but this white/beige loveseat survived, took 30 minutes to assemble (with 2 people) and it's great quality for the price! My husband and I were kinda shocked at how cute it is. Pretty firm but not uncomfortable. Perfect for our sunroom!
