Love the couch, but extremely frustrated that I can’t buy a replacement slipcover. My toddler took red marker to the couch within 1 week of having it and it would SUPER NICE to be able to buy replacement covers since it’s so easily unattached and washable. I took it to 3 dry cleaners and none could remove the stain. I thought long and hard on a leather sofa versus this sofa and went with this one because of the style/look. Took my chances with a white fabric sofa and toddler and so far toddler 1, sofa 0. Could easily be solved with an extra slipcover, but I see the company is no longer responding to requests for them. Unfortunate, as I would’ve bought their matching chair as well.
Other than this, the couch is a nice size and color and looks like a high quality item (without red marker of course lol).
Horrible purchase. Fabric came with discoloration marks. The cover shrunk up when I washed it (gentle cycle cold and hung until it was just dry enough to put back on). The zipper broke on the cushion cover when I tried to put it back on. If you will not need to wash it I would say it’s a so-so product. But, if like me, you are looking for a slipcovered loveseat for easy cleaning look elsewhere!
The color is a light grey (not "storm" grey) and I really like the fabric which has a pretty decent amount of linen in it...that means the slipcover wrinkles on the bottom of the frame but I sprayed Wrinkle Release and that seems to get out most of the unseemly wrinkles. I have the 69" sofa and chair but wish I got the 85" sofa instead so I will contemplate a return but the seating feels comfortable (not as comfortable as the Lauren (down-filled) set) but it has memory foam and is well worth the money! Because its such a light color it helps that all the slipcovers are machine washable but, no, there are no replacement slipcovers! Amazon (their brand is Stone & Beam) is not Ikea (yet)!
We purchased two of these chairs to compliment a pottery barn Cameron couch. I was hesitant to buy these because I thought you couldn't buy a quality piece of furniture at this price. I was wrong. The chair construction is excellent. The arms feel well constructed and connected to the base. The cushions are very neat and completely filled with a very nice cushion. We have removed the slip covers twice to wash because we have pets, and it is not to difficult to put back on the chair. We've had kids playing on the furniture, a few spills and the chairs have endured.
The primary negative, is if you have a cat, the threads pull up from the cover easily when encountering cats nails.
My new sofa is holding up well, so far--in spite of my puppy lifting his leg on it :) Thankfully, he just got the slipcover layer. The quality is great, and it's a change for me to get a light color that I can accessorize with (although I did put a pet cover on it) The only issue I had is that the small "foot" that was supposed to be attached to the middle of the sofa had the wrong size screw, so I couldn't attach it. I don't think it makes a difference, and I was too busy with my move to contact customer support. Also, the delivery was perfect--they brought it right inside my living room. I shopped around a lot, and you really have to make sure the delivery isn't curb-side. There were other similar products and prices, but I like the delivery of Amazon Prime.
Very comfy, the arms are a little hard but that’s to be expected. Great, generous size. Fabric is soft enough. Haven’t washed it yet but the design of the slipcover is clever.
Had it for a few months and selling it at a loss. Sitting on this couch/chair for any length of time has caused back problems for our family. We sit 3-4 hrs in the evening and it never happened previously. The cushions are comfortable enough; I think it's the angle. No matter how many throw pillows we use it still makes us sore. I have not washed the slipcover yet, so I can't review it.
Best couch ever for the price. Using for staging project. The fabric slip cover comes off and washes up beautifully
