I reached out to them regarding some pieces that were missing and they responded quickly regarding the issue. Apparently the item is shipped in pieces that sometimes come in different times. It was shipped around the time it was promised, just in different dates depending on the carrier. They clearly explained this, and also provided all the tracking numbers which Amazon does not provide (on my order it only showed one out of the four so I was a bit confused). I am satisfied with the customer service as well as the product itself. Fairly easy to assemble and extremely comfortable. Perfect set I was looking for.

Boxes came sporadically, but the actual couch boxes came sooner than projected which was awesome! The cushions are hard to get out of the bottom when assembling... the cross bars come out so try to get them out 1st... that was the hardest part. Easy assembly!
It’s narrow ... seat is about 54 inches but perfect for my style of house and small living room. Very comfy ... it needs time to expand... my dog and I Have already fallen asleep on it. Is it a forever couch no,
But hoping it lasts a couple years!

This is such a nice sofa and the set up was easy for me alone, and 75 yrs old. I should have had another person help me with some of the steps, but I was provided a video by the company on one part and UTube had most of it. It's not easy dealing with a 3rd party on Amazon, but I took a chance on this company and was happy with the result. I had a horrible experience with another sofa on Amazon, and it was not good. But I would highly recommend Honbay products.

Very Poor Quality. Looks nothing like the product pictures. Not worth the money at all. I won’t pay $100 bucks for this trash. Uncomfortable. Like sitting on a park bench. Don’t waste your money. Total crap.
