I like it very much. I read where one person said it was too loud -- strange, I have never heard of a blender that was quiet. My older Ninja smoothie maker didn't let you manually press the app button to turn it off -- I took it off too quickly, and it was never the same. I use the extract button to make my smoothie with milk, greek yogurt, and frozen fruit, and it's the best that I have ever had. Love the feature that when you feel it's blended enough, you can press the app button, and it stops. I suggest that you buy it now -- Ninja is out of it, and Best Buy doesn't have it in stock yet-- you can pick it up next week. You can't go wrong with this Ninja set!!!

After much deliberation and research, I purchased and received my blender just over a month ago (BN801). I have enjoyed using it daily for for smoothies. I was surprised that the main canister was plastic. I (and most people) use ice, nuts, frozen fruits, and I was worried about how it would hold up. Lo and behold, I realized yesterday that the canister has a series of cracks on the bottom. Pretty upsetting, seeing how expensive the blender is, and how short of a time I've owned it.
I love it! It crush ice super fast. I. The video you can see and hear. This setting is the smoothie setting. Basically press that bottom and do nothing else. It is a bit noise, but to be honest for the time you have it on isn’t that crazy I don’t mind it made a bit of noise if it does an exceptional job. I haven’t tried the processor. But I’ll update the review
Missing parts came whit dirty book inside don't buy from this place it's a scam
Bought this model to test it out how it performs both as a blender and as a food processor, and to figure out what use cases I'm going to use it for before committing to more expensive brands (e.g. Vitamix, etc). Hopefully it will work for a few years. If the motor breaks, then I'll look into buying a proper Blender and a proper Food Processor.
I love this blender! I've had it for a few months now and wanted to use it several times before leaving a review. It's actually quieter than other mixers I've had in the past but don't expect to be able to use it an not wake up a sleeping baby in the room over. It's still a blender and blenders make noise.
It's very powerful and chops, dices, and purees with ease. I love that it's like a 3-in-1 set and I've used it to blend shakes, grind almonds into almond meal, chop up cheese, and make salsa. Very sturdy and easy to use too. It took me a while to decide on one because I didn't want to spend a lot of money but I wanted something with value in that it wouldn't be just a blender. I got that in this Ninja.
I have not yet used it for dough but what I have used it for has been great, smoothies & shakes are blended to perfection.
We love the Ninja blenders, and bought this one to replace an old one! The old one was still working great, we just wanted the bigger and more interchangeable single serve cups. It crushes, blends, and purees without any hesitation, pretty powerful. It's a little loud, but it's a blender, if it didn't make noise I'd worry. The blades are nice and sharp and the whole thing is reasonably easy to clean. It's simple and intuitive to use, and looks pretty sharp on the countertop. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good all-in-one food processor. It came with a dough blade, food processor blade, pitcher and blade, single serve blade and two cups with lids.
I love my BN801 ninja professional plus kitchen system with auto-IQ, but the bowl for the dough has a small crack, I used and was worst, because this was broken complete, I need to replacement for this, could you please help me?
