Well packaged, no scratches or bend parts. A little tool came with it because you will need to do some simple assembly. About 10 screws. Very easy to build. Once it was built it is solid and can hold considerable weight. Full load of cups and dishes. Very good if your kitchen has limited cabinet space. Fits right over the sink without any wabbles or imbalances. Great upgrade for any kitchen looks smart too.
This purchase turned out to be one of things I didn't know I needed until I had it. It functions as not only an over-sink drying rack, but also a cutlery holder, kitchen utensil holder, and a utility cleaning holder that can be used for cleaning supplies and brushes etc. The product is sturdy, the legs have suction cups so that it doesn't slide. It seems fairly durable in my nearly week of usage, and its fairly configurable. All of the different sections can be placed in different spots to fit the aesthetic and function of whatever kind of kitchen you've got. It does come disassembled (the main truss) so there are some screws and washers and instructions on how to put it together, a process which took 10 minutes. Very surprisingly good purchase, well worth the cost. I have so much free space now.
The way our kitchen is, there isn’t much counter space. Then having a traditional dish rack, the space is even more limited. I’ve been looking at these over the sink dish rack for a while and so glad I decided to get one. It freed up counter space and the black color matched perfectly to our kitchen. I was concern it wouldn’t be tall enough for the shape of our faucet and the cupboards above but it fit perfectly. Especially since you can put the basket/pieces anywhere you want. I wasn’t able to fit the rack for glasses but it’s ok. It also came securely packaged and quite easy to put together. Overall, great quality and very sturdy.
Took 30min installing, packaging is firm and come with tools for installation which is handy. The most nice thing about this is all the baskets are removable and you will be able to arrange them the way you want. All the baskets has hooks to hang on the shelf. Shelf it self is pretty sturdy and on the bottom has four suction parts. The only thing is if you have sink like me, has cabinets on both side, it might be hard to hang stuff on the side. If you have a island sink it works better. But overall it make me want to wash dishes and hang them on the shelf which I didn’t want to do dishes before. I would say it made my sink and kitchen cleaner
Pros:
This drying rack is easy to set up, it comes with the tools and enough screws.
With the rack rising to this height, it's pretty sturdy.
It can handle a lot more dishes than my older rack that I place on the side of the sink.
The extendable feature is smart to fit all size sinks.
Looks high quality, and doesn't block the window views behind it.
Cons:
OMG, the price dropped $10 right after I received it!
If you held the forks and spoons drying bucket like the picture, it'll leak to your countertop. You better just set it on the front somewhere, so the water leak into the sink.
Overall:
I've been searching for a drying rack to save my kitchen space for a long time, couldn't find a better one than this. It's functional, so I can deal with the price. Glad that I made the purchase, and I'm loving it.
This item contrasts a bit with the kitchen space, but it really is practical. It’s very sturdy and I added weight on the top racks (See 10lb watermelon in photo) and put pressure on the racks on top at the front to see if it’ll tip over, it didn’t. The design of the legs distributes the weight evenly to prevent it from tipping over. It does not have to be extended fully for all the trays to hold Neatly, but you can if you want to. I didn’t use all of the hooks, but still had space for everything. The cutting board holder on the leg slips off often if you touch it, but it’s not a big deal. Everything else is really great. I was tired of having a drying mat that got soaked every time we did the dishes, that also smelled funny sometimes, gross! We no longer have that drying mat problem and there’s a lot more counter space that can be used in this small kitchen. In retrospect, I should have gotten a chrome colored rack, but I don’t think option existed from this seller.
This is the best stand I ever came across. As it goes over the sink no counter space is getting wasted and the best part is the water drips in the sink so no cleaning afterwards, hence a life saver. The color is perfect for it to go with any color counter top. The racks seems to be pretty strong, I kept 2 cantaloupes on one rack for sometime and no issue. So overall pretty sturdy and durable kitchen stand.
Since my faucet is really close to the wall I wasn’t able to put the second rack. Planning on getting something to make it a bit higher but all in all it gets the job done. I have more hooks than I know what to do with which isn’t a bad thing. Rather have more then less. Seems Sturdy so far. I’ll update my review if anything happens. So far I’ve only had it for a day. It’s easy to assemble and very modern looking. Hope it lasts and doesn’t break on me.
