I love this couch! It's very comfortable and looks great in my small apartment. It's the perfect length for me to lay on and nap (I'm 5'8") and I love that it can turn into a "bed" for guests.

I was able to assemble it alone in about a half hour with no problems. The back cushions took a few days to fluff up and were a little wrinkly at first from being vacuum sealed but most wrinkles have come out now. It had a little bit of "new smell" but it dissipated in a few days. The arm is a little less steady than I would like but the couch is still great overall. I've received a lot of compliments on it already.

The ottoman arrived almost a week before the rest of the couch and I reached out to the seller about it. They sent me the tracking numbers and followed up with me three times to make sure I received it and was happy. Excellent customer service! Can't recommend this couch enough.

The couch is great for small spaces and for limited usage. MeAnting if your going to be sitting here daily, expect to notice sinkage and breaks. It’s easy to assemble, and light to move. However it’s definitely not a everyday lounge or sleep couch.

I've had this couch for 6 months now. It is great for my small studio apartment, but it is physically weak. I have to keep it up against a wall otherwise it feels as though the back of the couch will let go and the arms of the couch are extremely loose. The back of the couch is also in sections, so not aesthetically pleasing either.

After 6 months I thought the couch cushions would soften up but they are still hard to sit on.

I do, however, enjoy the extra space in the ottoman and it is a great size for my apartment.

The sofa is a nice quality for the amount it cost. Perfect size for my T.V den. The ottoman is great for storing pillows, sheets and blankets for overnight guests.

This couch ships in THREE packages. It says so right on the description page for the couch. So when I received only 1 package, and the order was marked as delivered - I panicked. I was only shipped 1 of the 3 packages. 1/3 of a couch. I waited about a week for the other two packages to arrive, but they never did. Amazon customer service was of no help - I had to reach out to the seller. After about a week of back and forth between the seller and I, trying to figure out which package of the 3 I had received, and which I still needed - I was offered two options: 1. keep the 1/3 of the couch I had received and accept a PARTIAL refund for the parts I didn't. This was no good. I can't do anything with 1/3 of a couch. or 2. they would re-ship the missing 2/3 of the couch.

I went with option 2 - and even though the delivery was a day later than I was originally told, they arrived. SO BE WARY. I know deliveries are a hot mess right now - but just know. This comes in 3 packages and you're going to want all 3 if you want to get what you paid for!

Now, shipping nightmare aside, the couch is incredibly easy to assemble. I'm talking less than 10 minutes with a helper. Even by yourself, 15 minutes, tops. It may seem like some pieces don't fit right, but a little wiggling usually gets them into place. And again, like others are saying - there are parts "hidden" that you will need to find. The legs for the large storage ottoman are INSIDE of the ottoman itself. And the legs/washers/knobs were underneath the couch section from 'Box A'. It's all there - just look around a bit.

The couch is comfortable and the color is exactly as advertised. The quality and size of the couch are pretty great for the price. Hopefully I don't come to regret those words in the coming months. If it weren't for the shipping disaster, it would be a 5 star product for me. Even though the customer service was great, and they were very willing to make it right for me, not having anywhere to sit for 3 weeks after moving lost them 1 star.

The price is right and the shipping was fast. Oddly, the ottoman arrived one day before the couch, but much earlier than promised overall.

The couch and ottoman appear to be as described and without damage. No tools are required for assembly and one person can easily put this together without additional help. It took me about 25 minutes. Construction of the ottoman is solid but I which it opened up at a wider angle. Regardless the storage is good for 2-3 large blankets and a few sheets.

The couch itself is strong enough. I wouldn’t jump on it or anything like that, but it is solid enough for a small apartment. I wish the back was higher as it seems a tad to low, but it isn’t a deal breaker. The fabric looks good. The cushions arrive vacuum sealed and compressed. As the instructions say, it takes about 48 hours for full re-expansion and I found that to be true. Although, the couch is usable immediately after assembly. The multiple arrangements you can have are a huge plus for when you have guests over.

Honbay is super responsive with any issues or questions you would have about your purchase. I recommend this couch for any small space that may need seating for 2-5 people and you have a budget to maintain.

Definitely cute and worth the value, however I don’t like the low back and it’s more on the firm side for me. It is nice material and very easy to assemble!
