Had trouble in the beginning with the touch-less mode. After viewing the video about 10 times I picked up the solution near the end of the video. There was a 2 second view of the statement - Please keep the draw hose separated from the other hoses. This is important if you are having getting it into the touch-less mode. After moving the draw hose away from the other hoses it worked as it should as shown int the picture . This is a quality product that you don't have be afraid to buy. As a side note : This doesn't come with the magnetic head as listed as a previous reviewer noted. It will be available by the end of September and all you need to do is request it from the seller and they will send it to you free of charge. Installation was easy but the directions leave a bit to be desired. It also skipped the fact that the black sensor wire needs to be connected but that was easy to figure out. Last thing that wasn't mentioned is that there is a hex wrench and rubber gasket that was packed in a separate bag that is a spare in case you have a leak.

Was ready to buy another faucet that didn't have the touch-on/touchless feature when I discovered this one. So glad I did. The regular faucet was of course less expensive (almost half the price), but I wanted to try this one out. Why not? It's a pretty cool feature and worth paying a little xtra for. There are others with the touch on feature, but this one had the option of being touchless as well. Got to say it's a nice feature to have and still getting use to it, but I love it so far. The faucet is very nice looking too! Water comes out nice and strong compared to the 5-year old faucet I replaced. Couldn't stand how weak it was. This new faucet is great all around. Wish I found it sooner.

Looking for a black faucet to match the kitchen my options were limited, but I came across this one and the touch/touch less feature caught my eye.

It has a good quality feel to it with some weight and the finish is perfect. Install was a breeze and if you have ever installed a faucet before its the same process.

I like how this mounts to the counter, it is very secure and more solid than my previous one.

The big feature is the touch/touchless function and it works great! The touchless works by moving your hand on the left or right of the neck, I got consistant results by pretending I'm pushing a button with my hand but don't touch it and it works well.

The touch has worked perfectly every time. There is a little adjustment to get used to it because you leave the handle turned on to use the touch, and basically just adjust the temp if you need to. I'll be curious to see how long the batteries will last (4 AA).

Overall for the price you can't beat this, I paid less than $100 with the coupon and you can't even get the cheapie from home depot for that price.

Our facet, that we had for nearly 30 years, started leaking at the base so we purchased this one. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to install. We were excited about it... we turned it on and the water started slowly trickling out. We were so disappointed! So we planned to buy something else and once it arrived, we were going to replace this new facet. But, low and behold, after 2 days of use, the water pressure became normal and we are in love with this facet. We haven't had any water pressure problems and this facet works great! We were about to pay "big money" for other high price facets but this meets our every need.

I like that has 2 modes of activation: touch and touchless, I no longer have to use my messy hands to turn on the faucet. I like it has a warranty, very important to me. I too was skeptical of a low-cost sensor faucet from a maker I didn’t know however turns out to be an affordable solution to automation. Overall, I like the look, quality and function if the faucet. It’s an affordable sensor kitchen faucet that doesn’t break the bank that’s easy to install.

My old faucet was old style and had short extension, I decided to change a touchless one. This one has a affordable price and there ist 2 modes, you can set touch or touchless, it's easy to install and it looks fancy after everything is done. I am glad I purchased this one and so far I am happy about it.

I like the ability to use touch and sensor.
But this item only sensor on specific side.
So people who do not know where the sensor is will get confused.

I wish the sensor would be where the sprayer or where the come out so when put your hand the water will turn on.

Other than the sensor its still really good product.

 Modern style faucet that has touch modes that fits your needs. I love it so far especially when I need to wash my hands after I walked my dog. The touch less function is very convenient and smart. Flow of water is also stronger than my previous one. My plumber said given the price it’s pretty good deal.
