Gorgeous bed. But because the headboard is low, don't get a mattress higher than 10 inches. I had ordered a 12-inch mattress but switched to a 10-inch one, which works better. Also, note that all the parts are in the headboard.

This frame was incredibly easy to put together. My only warning: The box will be very heavy when it arrives. Open the box and unzip the headboard -- the parts are zipped inside. Once I unpacked the headboard, I was able to carry it upstairs myself. I did need a lot of help getting the box into my apartment, so plan to unpack it outside or ask for help.

In response to complaints about the headboard: This works best when you're not using a box spring. The platform park of this frame works as a boxspring alternative. I ordered a king size mattress from Tuft and Needle. It works very well. With the mattress only, I'm able to stack two pillows and still see the headboard.

After debating obsessively over whether to spend $1k or $300 - I gave up. I couldn't figure out what to get so my mattress remained on the floor like a college kid... But my sister had bought a Zinus (different style) and loved it. I saw it in person the other day and was sold. For under $300? Huh! I figured it was worth a try with all the good reviews and having seen one in person. My gosh! I ordered a king size. It arrived in perfect timing with Prime shipping. I thought I would put it together (alone) while husband is out of town. I opened up the box and yes: HEAVY. I opened it all up in the hallway where my husband had left the box and carried it upstairs by myself, piece by piece, and so that was manageable. I loved the packaging BTW! It's adorable. It is currently in pieces in my bedroom and I plan to put together tonight. I jumped ahead to a 5 star because the shipping/packaging was stellar and (most important?) it is so PRETTY! Even prettier in person. Actually looks much nicer than I expected a $300 bed to look like! I don't think I would assume that price if I were to walk in and see this bed frame somewhere. The material looks quite thick and has a nice texture, I am now even hopeful it can hold up against my adorable furry monster-kitty with sharp little claws (also why I opted for a $300 bed instead of 1k!). This bed looks much sturdier than I expected to be honest. I will update my review with pics/comments once I get it all assembled and sleep on it.

Update: Whoa. What a dream! I (solo lady) assembled in around 40 minutes. It was so easy!! And I kept muttering about the clever engineering of how they designed this bed. It was so easy, totally simple for one person to put together. Apparently my mattress is much softer than I even realized because I can feel the difference between this platform bed and my old box springs. It felt somehow softer and more even. Heavenly! Totally happy with this purchase. I will update again if I have any issues with it moving forward.

August 2019 Update: It is holding up perfectly, even against sharp cat claws. It survived a move and reassembling. Just bought another Zinus model for our new guest bedroom because this brand is awesome.

This bed has a beautiful design. I absolutely love it....EXCEPT:
It's VERY short, and not just low to the ground. I could live with that. The headboard itself is way too short. My mattress is 11 inches thick and with my mattress on the frame, if I'm sitting up in bed reading a book, my head is over the top of the headboard. The top edge of the highest point of the headboard is level with the top of my shoulders...And I'm only 5' 2" !
The other thing that I wasn't thrilled about was that the side edges have a split in the middle. Meaning it takes 2 boards to run the length of the bed so there is a support post at that point where the 2 boards connect and it's a toe stubber. It's a square metal post on either side of the bed at the very edge of the frame. So picture the bed having a total of 6 legs around the edges. The normal 4 at each corner and an additional 2 at the edge on each side.
Other than these few points, it was very easy to put together, has a really cute design, lovely color. Everything I would have wanted as far as style goes but the height (or lack thereof) was a deal breaker.

I was nervous buying this, considering there were no reviews on it. Since my allotted budget for a bed shrank considerably at the last minute I thought I would try this one. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well for shipping. I assembled it myself in about 90 minutes fairly easily. I was worried when I took all the parts out of the box and wondered how that pile of stuff would become a bed. It was all good. It's very sturdy and well made considering how inexpensive it is. I really do like this bed and feel it was a smart purchase.

Wow! 100% satisfied. Packaging was great. Keep in mind that this product is around 70 lbs or so. Might need an extra hand packing it into your house. Very well thought out design concept and construction. Very simple to assemble with easy to understand instructions assuming that you will even need them with the ease of the assembly. You can tell this company really takes pride in producing a great quality product. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a new bed.

WOW! I am so happy with this purchase! We decided to downsize from a bulky sleigh style king bed to a more streamlined platform queen bed. We are so happy to have found this bed frame and this company in general. We also ordered the memory foam matress from Zinus which we absolutely love! I'll be writing a review about that separately.. But about the bed... beautifully upholstered frame, incredibly well made, quality product! My husband put it all together in less than half an hour. He said it was the easiest piece of furniture he's ever put together. Very well engineered and absolutely gorgeous! Wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

Got nervous when we first opened the box as all we saw was the headboard! The manufacturers have neatly packaged everything you need and more under a zipper behind the headboard... darn clever!!! Was easy to assemble and all tools were provided. Very sturdy piece of furniture and excellent price point!

Went together like a dream! The little ratchet tool was a great addition and made assembly so simple. The instructions were very easy to follow and it only took me about 30 minutes to assemble once I had all the pieces unpacked. These guus have Ikea beat, hands down! I purchased the king size frame and am so happy with the quality. It is solid and sturdy and looks great!

The headboard and frame are quite nice. Very easy to assemble, even by one person. Instructions were very clear.
I do not recommend this product however, unless you have access to a pick up truck. The shipping companies in this case Purolator, won't move it once it gets to the delivery point. They claim it is too much to handle for one person. In fact, it is quite heavy - 137 lbs. This is not unmanageable if you are willing to do the work. Through my experience, I found that delivery drivers were not nearly as motivated to deal with the package as I was. The bottom line is, it can be a nightmare scenario getting this thing home. Delivery companies stalling and providing different excuses for their obvious lack of customer service, becomes part of the unsatisfying experience.
The product is good, but the delivery is not!

Wasn't sure about the bed initially, but the reviews on this and other beds from Sinus sealed the deal. Delivered in two days. One very large (king sized), but manageable box (my wife and I moved it quite easily), and Everything you need is nearly tucked in a zippered compartment in the headboard. No parts missing and one extra of each bolt type just in case. Especially like that along with the regular Allen key, they also include a little Allen head ratchet... Easy to assemble and very sturdy. All I can say is awesome! Will be purchasing from them again in the future.

I adore this bed! I was really worried about buying a bed online without getting to see the quality of it first. But with being on a budget, and covid 19 closing majority of the stores, online shopping it was. I was originally going to purchase a cheap set, however this one caught my eye last minute and I’m so happy it did! Everything came Packaged inside the headboard, which unzips on the back to store the slats, legs and side panels. It comes with an Allan key to assemble, however I recommend if you have the appropriate drill bit, use that instead to save time! My boyfriend and I took turns doing this by hand and it took awhile. The bed was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and it took maybe 45 minutes to an hour all said and done. I also want to note how sturdy this bed is. It may not be made of the best quality material, but I am a plus sized woman, and the BF is also on the heavier side and this bed supports us both with no issue. That being said, I wouldn’t run and jump on it, but you can participate in regular bed like activities without worry it will fall apart. It’s also very cute/stylish. I like that also if you ever move, you can pack everything back up into the headboard for convenience! I really like this bed and it was perfect for what I was looking for and the price point made it even better! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple yet stylish bed that won’t break the bank!
