This patio set arrived super fast- like 4 days later. It’s really vibrant and colorful with easy to clean fabric. It looks really great on my deck. We played Uno last night and used the furniture and it’s very comfortable. It took about an hour an a half to assemble the entire set- the directions are very easy to read. Cons: one of the panel bars was bent but my husband is a handyman and he was able to bend it back. If he couldn’t have, the holes would not have aligned. Overall it’s a good purchase in my opinion.

It’s a easy to put together,just followed the steps. This came QUICK, and although the boxes were banged up and had a few holes, the couch was in good shape. It’s sturdy, I love that I can move it around and rearrange it, and it looks fantastic! Some have complained about the cushions moving but I haven’t really had an issue with that. I did get some rug nonslip pads to cut up and put under the cushions just in case (hasn’t arrived yet). Overall, the price is right, my favorite color (cushions), and it’s exactly what I wanted. Love it!

The product was exactly what I expected for what I paid. After doing extensive research on this product and other similar products I chose this one mainly for the quality of the cushions. Mind you these are NOT top of the line but simply better than what other brands had.
I ordered Patio cover and Velcro.You know that these are issues that need to be addressed. Water proofing, protection from the elements, and chairs and cushions that move. With the right expectation you can have a great deck set that should last you at least a couple years.
There was one defect that I found. It came in 2 boxes and different day,but the shipement is ok.
Happy for extended outdoor space and seating. Looking forward to many evenings making use of this furniture.

Instructions weren't the best. It comes with "plastic parts" and no where in the instructions does it say where these things go or what to do with them. I'm pretty sure they're to connect multiple seats together, but still, that should probably be mentioned somewhere.

In addition the package that held the sofa and table didn't include any "T 35mm screws". It should have included 8 of these "T" screws, but unfortunately our package didn't include any . I've included a photo of exactly what I'm talking about. Without these I'm unable to completely assemble the table hence the one star review for now.

Overall the chairs and sofa look nice and are pretty comfortable. Hopefully they'll withstand the weather for at least a few seasons.

I'll update review once additional hardware is replaced and let you know how their customer service is.

We recently purchased this for our patio. We have a 10'x10' patio and this fits perfectly. I was skeptical about ordering initially because of the bad reviews mostly around size and difficulty of assembly. However, I have a mechanical background and found it to be very simple. To be fair, the instructions are not the best. It is pictures broken down into picture steps for each piece. At first look, my son said "I don't feel like dealing with these instructions, so we traded places. With that being said, we completed the 5 pc set in about 45 minutes and it was simple.

We love this couch!This one was the perfect color/size for our 2nd story deck. The set arrived sooner than expected in 2 big boxes. Set up only took about an hour an a half, but that's because my hubs used a power tool Allen wrench to tighten everything down. We had an assembly line- I put the nuts/bolts together and he went along and tightened them all down. It would take longer tightening by hand. And like others have said, get the rug gripper stuff for the cushions- Dollar store stuff worked fine. Only issue is that one of the feet arrived broken. I have contacted customer service and the issue has be resolved.

I have a large 3 season room and this set was a great choice for an affordable price. It's relatively comfortable to sit or lie down on. It looks good. The cushions are thinner and lighter than you would want, but I agree with others' recommendations that a non-skid carpet pad under the large cushions would keep them in place. I also agree that outdoors they might blow away. And I had a protective cover for outdoor use. The package arrived with no damage. We are tall (5'6"-6'3") and large people (180-240lbs) and the seating is fine for us. While I agree that the set is slighly low in height, I was surprised to note that the seat and coffee table heights were exactly the same as the traditional-looking wicker set I had previously. And, happy coincidence, it suit for our balcony too.

I bought this set after reading many of the positive reviews and I was having no luck finding something similar for a decent price.It comes in 2 huge boxes, although the FedEx guy had no problem moving them on his own. And everything was packed great, its a simple design and the pieces all fit nicely in the boxes. I do not feel the set looks cheap.
Of course I'm only 5 ft, so I may be biased on the height.I can comfortably stretch out for a nap.The cushions are very thick and firm, I like them. I will have to plan on a way to attach them as I can see they will be moving around.
