First the couch was very hard to put together so you definitely need 2 people and elbow grease. We finally figured out the best way to get it together which was put the couch arms flat on the floor and then stand the base up and slide it into the brackets. It was breeze putting it together once we figured out the best way. Second, the couch is quite firm. This isn’t something you will be sleeping on. Third, it came with all the parts and feet to them. The couch is beautiful guys! The quality is great and it’s true to size. It fits perfect in our apartment and it’sa full size living room set. It could fill up a home Livingroom. The only small thing that I noticed was 2 couch cushions were slightly crushed a bit on one corner, I’m assuming if I let them air out it will puff up a little in the corners. No dents or tears. Boxes weren’t damaged. They did come in like 8 different boxes and on different days as well. Be patient and you will get an awesome couch and love seat.

Update: The crushed corner on the sides of 2 cushions are no longer there. They puffed up. COUCH IS STILL AWESOME! Also as time went by; the couch is EXTREMELY easy to clean off. I have children and the couch gets stains on It almost everyday. I’ve used rags and a cleaning machine on it. Neither messes up the threading, color or material on the couch. No need to take cushion covers off unless a spill.
