Our old faucet leaked, and the temperature control was very difficult to get right. The handle was "sticky" and very difficult to adjust.

Pros: Installation is about as simple as it gets. Getting the old faucet out took longer than installing the new one, mostly due to the difficulty of getting a wrench on the retaining nut under the counter in the tight space available. The new faucet comes with a removable extension that fits over the lines, making it MUCH easier to tighten the retaining nut. The faucet has good pressure; less than our old one, but more than sufficient. I like the interrupt button that lets you avoid splashing when switching sinks. The temperature and flow adjustments are very smooth and predictable.

Cons: I can't really think of anything.

There are no hot/cold markings on either the faucet or the connecting lines, but some might prefer the hot position "down" instead of "up", or vice-versa. Hook it up, try it, and if it's not the way you like it, switch the connections at the inlet valves and you're done. The connecting lines have the usual simple compression fittings.

Only time will tell, but so far we're very happy with it.

I absolutely love this faucet. Handle pulls down and goes right back up. Looks beautiful. Also a nice feature that my 9-year-old son found is that there are actually 3 buttons: one for stream, one for spray, and one that pauses it. This is especially nice if you’re moving the faucet from one container to the next & it doesn’t spray all over the counter. The only negative is that the sink must retract if you’re not holding it. So if you’re filling a big bucket on the floor or something, you have to hold it—it won’t stay there.

The water flows nicely of the faucet ...
The ability to switch to a perfect strong enough sprayer to rinse the dishes with just a click.
Once you shut off the sprayer ... the setting automatically switch to the regular faucet flow .

I love this faucet. It's sleek, functional and overall awesome. It really adds some class to the kitchen. I was able to instal the faucet in about 5 minutes. It's more difficult to take out the old faucet than it is to install the new one.

Easy to install, beautiful looking faucet. We did have an issue with a piece that broke during installation, but it was coveted under warranty and was quickly replaced by moen

Good value for the money spent.
Product shipping was delayed. Not an issue but it was prime and I expect prime service. These are, however, difficult times.

Nice faucet. Wife would have liked to have a further reach but that may be an installation adjustment. I had it professionally installed.
