Love love love this patio set! Pretty easy to put together but you should use a hand drill instead of the hex screw they send....much faster! Takes about 2/3 hours. Beautiful color, sturdy and very comfortable. Don’t panic when you get half the order, got the rest the next day and it came two weeks before expected delivery! Did receive one piece of the glass shield for the fire pit shattered in shipment but contacted the manufacturer and they are sending a replacement. Excellent communication with company, answered any question within hours of sending questions. Would highly recommend! Bring on the Spring weather!

Great product, thick cushions, and a beautiful fire pit. We had some issues with the delivery service that brought a part of the order damaged twice, but the customer service is top notch! We received the response immediately and our replacement was sent the same day. Strongly recommend this set, we’ve received many complements on it!

It took about five weeks to receive the set. I first received the tank table along with the fire table first, then the other five boxes were lost through fedex and then finally found again and shipped three days later- due to corona and delays. Nothing was broken; however we were short about 40 washers while installing! I went to Lowe’s and picked up two packs of washers and it did the job. Also, while screwing everything in, it was very handy to have a flexible extension screw driver purchased from amazon for $1! It took about 4 and a half hours to install everything. The set is very pretty and comfortable! I loved the gray color of the cushions; they also seem pretty thick and well made. The actual base is a very dark brown, which is also very pretty. I am 6’4” and sat on the chair Comfortably. The seller was very responsive and professional even though we had all those issues. You will get a total of 7 boxes. 4-were the seats, 2-fire table and tank table, 1- glass that goes over fire table. Overall we are happy with the purchase, we will see how they hold up in Ohio weather. Also planning to get the cover for the whole set through amazon. The fire table comes with its own cover with the set.

Very easy to put together, only about 15 min per chair. Very comfortable. Its great that I can move all the peices around into different formats.
The cover is thick and does protect against the rain. Company was great to work with. I was missing some screws so I emailed them and rhey were super responsive and mailed the missing screws to me right away. I did leave it uncovered a few times when it rained and the cushions do hold quite a bit of water

This set is a great addition to your outdoor deck area. Very comfortable and looks good.
One of the glass pieces for the fire table was broken in shipping and I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement.

Took a bit of time to assemble; however, once it was assembled it looked great and is very comfortable. One thing I overlooked is that it looks like wicker but is really made of woven-like plastic. Regardless, I am happy with my purchase.

Took about 6 weeks to receive, but pretty happy with the product. It's easy to assemble, though it took several hours because there are a lot of pieces. It came in 6 large boxes. It looks really sharp and we've gotten a lot of compliments. It's really brightened up out deck and I find it very comfortable. I like that we can rearrange the formation of the chairs/couch as well.

The fire pit table is nice, though the glass portion that goes around the fire doesn't attach to the table in anyway so I worry about one of the my kids accidentally pulling on it and it breaking on little toes . I wish it would clip in somehow or even just have a little groove in the table so the glass could sit in it to make it more stable/immovable. Not a deal-breaker though. I initially thought the tank was under the fire pit table itself, but it sits in the side table which makes it easy to replace the propane.

I took one star away because of the chair clips... considering how expensive this set is, I would expect the clips to be including. But they are sold separately and cost $20, which for plastic clips is pretty silly. Overall, I would recommend.

This is a great value for the price.

It’s sturdy and looks good even though it’s not real wicker. It’s not difficult to put together but it took 2 of us a total of 3 hours to assemble everything and that was using a drill instead of the tiny Allen wrenches.

The fire pit comes with glass but I didn’t use it because it doesn’t attach to the actual fire pit, it just sits on top. Having kids and dogs I figured that was an accident waiting to happen. It does have a hard cover and a rain cover which is nice to have. I also bought some mirror glass to use instead of the lava rock it comes with.

It rained last night and I didn’t get a chance to put the cover on. The cushions are not water proof but pretty water resistant. They should dry out quickly but I wouldn’t recommend leaving them out in the rain all the time.

It’s lower to the ground than I expected. It’s fine for me but if you are tall, it might be uncomfortable. The bottom cushions are pretty sturdy/hard but not awful and I expect will loosen up a little with use. The back cushions are perfect. The covers come off easily to be washed.

Finally, ours took over a month to arrive. Maybe it’s due to covid but you might want to factor that in if you need it quickly.
