We love this couch. Really great! We put it on the deck. A good couch for leisure. The sofa is easy to assemble. Instructions for each part of the couch is marked. Including screws. the assembly guide is easy to complete. When assembling, do not tighten all of the screws. First assemble inserting screws but do not tighten. After all are inserted then tighten all the screws. The cushions are soft. I suggest that the seller produce a removable padded cover. It'll make it easier to clean. I like this sofa color scheme very much. Makes a Fashion statement!

This outdoor sectional looks fabulous on our porch to enjoy summer nights and cookouts with friends! It was easy to put together but just very time consuming with the little wrench they give you. Like previous reviews, make sure to not tighten the screws until you have them all in. The set does come with two red pillows, but I opted to buy ones to match our furniture instead. Overall this outdoor sectional is a wonderful addition to our deck for the price!

Customer service was extremely helpful, and provided me a $100 refund as requested for the faulty pieces.

The furniture set looks great on my porch, and the ottoman has remained sturdy.

Was excited to receive this outdoor furniture set as it looked great in the pictures provided.

Received the product and began to put it together only to find that certain screws are defective and un-able to use. On a few of the screws, the allen wrench hole that you use to secure the screws is filled so you cannot tighten it. A photo example of this will be attached.

Also I was a little disappointed that on the ottoman, 1/4 of the holes on the top piece used to secure the screws does not align so I could only use 3 to put it together. This has impacted the sturdiness of the ottoman.

Lastly, I only received half of the furniture in the mail, so I only have 3 of the 6 piece set.

Overall, pretty disappointed with this service and would love for this to be remedied. Outside of the defects and the missing pieces, I like the furniture I have received and think it would be a great addition to my porch. However at this stage, until I get operational pieces, not too happy about the set.

Due to COVID 19, we have been staying home for nearly two months, and we finally had some time to work on our patio. After reviewing tons of pictures and reviews, we decided on this particular set.

The order came in 3 different boxes. The packaging was sturdy and sufficient. One of the boxes was quite heavy and does require two people to move it. However, if you happen to have push cart or dolly, you will be just fine. Once you open each box, you see instructions, a sealed packet of screws, washers and tool, and all the parts packaged in plastic bags. We read the instructions first and confirmed that we did receive 6 pieces. Then the hard labor began. It took me a total of 4 hours from start to finish. I have to admit that the process is fairly easy given that everything is well-aligned, instructions are easy to follow.

After the assembly is done and the seat cushion is in place, we love the set a lot. It looks exactly the same as the product picture on Amazon which is not always the case. The frame appears to be solid as I assemble the set. The seating material appears to be good quality after some basic load test. We read the other reviews and was a little concerned on the seat cushion color and comfortless, it feels comfortable and the color looked good (or correct). We have had the set for almost two weeks now, and we almost sat on it every night to enjoy the outdoor before the summer humidity hits us hard.

Our next project is to add a bbq grill, we cannot wait to host our first backyard party once the COVID 19 is over.

For the price of this set it really can't be beat. The assembly was time consuming but not difficult and it looks and fits great on our patio. My only issue is the "cream" cushions are VERY pink. Peach like. Looking into how I can cover or dye them.

This patio furniture set is beautiful! I love it!
It wasn’t too hard to assemble, I did it by myself and it took me a few hours.
For the price, you really can’t complain. It’s a great addition to any outdoor space. I got a lot of compliments and my patio finally looks good.
The cushions could be a little more comfy, but for me it’s still a 5 star set.

Update: Almost a year later and the cushions have faded to almost a white, despite being in the shade of our pavilion, and the cushions have flattened out to the thickness of pancakes. The cushions are by far the worst part of this set. I've attempted to buy replacements with no luck. I would steer clear of this set. Do not buy! Purchase something of higher quality.

It was late summer when I finished an extensive patio-deck project. Most places like The Home Depot and Costco had long since purged their inventory of patio furniture in place of Christmas stuff. My wife and I found this set qnd decided to take a chance on it. When it arrived, set up and construction seemed like a challenge at first, but once I figured out the process...and used a cordless drill, it only took about 90 mins. My complaints are that the coffee table is a few inches too short, the cushions are very thin and uncomfortable, and I wish there was a way to link up the pieces that make up the couch. Like most reviewers have said, for the price, this is a pretty good set. To get everything I want would cost double the price.
