Bought it for a room project at home and it looks beautiful. The couch is a comfortable size and both sides support weight just fine (~175lb).

NOTE: I saw a review about the couch having one side of the back loose and the other fine, this does not mean the couch is broken, if you pull the back up from one side it seems to click but only on that side, while the other was not able to go far forward enough to click into place, simply pull forward on the side that did not click into place and it will click just fine.

Pros:
Comfortable - I could use this as a normal couch and enjoy it

Futon function- works great as a place to lay down on. I have not slept a night on it, but it's always nice to have it in case of visitors.

Material seems to be good quality - the cloth used seems to be durable which is what would be needed from something like this. Note: it has springs on the underside by the looks of it, in case someone doesn't want springs.

Color: the color is what they said it would be, grey.

Easy to build

Cons:
I haven't had it long enough to see issues, I've used it for about 1 week so far.

This product is not 75 inches across the backside like the picture shows it is 68 inches. It is 75 inches with the arm bars! Buyer beware. I bought this will full expectations of it being 75 inches long..now my guest that is coming in 3 days will have legs hanging over because I have no time to return. This is what I didnt want and why I went with this so called longer futon. I am very unhappy with this purchase..as I feel lied to about the length.

I contacted the seller and I received one response and it's been almost a week with no response back.
I do not recommend.

Love this couch and it is extremely easy to set up. It took about 10 minutes. The only thing I do not like is that it isn't very comfortable. It's for my kiddos so they don't really care about the comfort, but I wouldn't recommend for an adult to sleep on.

Returning ASAP. It’s not comfortable, pretty hard actually, and it came damaged. For almost $300 this couch is not worth it. It’s also really low to the ground and the back of the couch is an awkward height. It’s not something you or your guest would want to sit on to watch a movie, or to have a conversation. For the price of this sofa you could find a really nice used sofa that would be better.

The guys that designed this for shipping were brilliant! When It arrived it was hard to believe that a futon would come in a box so thin. But the engineering on this is sound and a breeze to set up. $200 is an awesome value for this futon. Quality looks good so hopefully withstand the test of time.

Looks great, but it is terribly uncomfortable, and don't even think about sleeping on it. The dogs like it over the floor.

After have the futon for not even a week it’s already broken. I wouldn’t suggest buying this for one it broke and for two it’s not very pretty looking in person

The couch is petite... the back is not upholstered. I had to place against a wall, in which I was not planning on but made it work.
