Inconsistent build makes assembling extremely difficult. It took me over an hour to line all the holes for the machine screws (which are excessively long) by forcing the metal in all different directions to secure the three shelves together. Now the machine screws protrude into the wall once mounted and keep the lower portion of the baskets from being flush for a nice drywall anchor. I use walldogs for a better, cleaner dry wall anchor but didn’t help in this case. This would have ripped the provided plastic drywall anchors out of the wall.

I had a defect on one of the Chalkboards (defective hook). Not only did they refund me for my purchase but they are sending me a full replacement set! Superior Customer Service. I was only asking for ONE replacement chalkboard. Super pleased.

If you are looking to increase the storage capacity in your kitchen or utility room for a reasonable price, these baskets are the ticket.

Pros:
- It is easy to assembly.
- The baskets are larger than freestanding baskets.
- It is strong enough to hold a load of fruit and the like
Cons:
- It is clumsy to attach to a wall because the baskets tend to come apart until the unit is secure.
- The wire mesh is thin.
- It cannot be used freestanding.
Areas for Improvement:
- The welded washers for attachment to the wall should be replaced with slots so that the assembled baskets can be slid over the screwed-in screws.
- The instruction pictures do not make it clear that the baskets can only be assembled in a certain order.
- The hooks on the label plates should be flatter because the wire mesh lays flat against the wall
- The instructions don't explain that the plastic anchors are only needed for drywall. I attached the baskets to the side of a wooden shelf, and I did not need the anchors. Also, if you are attaching to wall studs, longer (not provided) screws would be needed.
- The six metal hooks for hanging cups and the like can be hung on the side if desired. I would have liked to have received more hooks.
- No chalk is provided to write on the labels.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

This product was very easy to assemble, but I must mention that I'm an automotive technician, so assembling things like this is easy for me. I really like the design, the baskets feel really sturdy and the hardware to mount this product on a wall are very good and all you need to get the job done. The only con i have noticed for this product is that one of the top basket hinges has rust inside. I would assume that this would be due to the paint/coasting getting rubbed off at those areas from rotating during transport. To be fair, after reviewing the product listing only the mounting screws are listed as stainless steel which is a rust proof metal. This rust issue in my opinion probably wont get any worse, but for the price of this product and the fact that it is being advertised for being food storage, I would expect that rust should be something i don't have to worry about.

We have a big family and our counter fruit basket was always overflowing. I am so excited to have this new hanging basket- lots of room for all our fruits and veggies. When my boyfriend and I moved into our first apartment, we noticed a very blank, very inefficient wall in our kitchen. It was a wide space that was not useful at all. We also came to realize that we had very limited cabinet/pantry space...
A little bit of improvising and Amazon searching brought us to this product and I can honestly say WOW I AM IN LOVE!!
It is very sturdy! I have added many more veggies and items to the baskets since taking this photo and we have experienced no issues! I bought some chalk too so we can use the cute little chalk boards! I am beyond satisfied with these racks! They were easy to assemble too!

Also, I wanted to add a little note and thanks to the owners of this family business for sending us a new set of racks within one hour of me messaging them explaining that the first delivery came and the racks inside were bent and unable to be assembled. They were so prompt and clearly care about their customers!

This is a family owned business and the care they take to make sure their customers are happy clearly reflects that homey/family touch! We love our produce racks! They’re so stylish and cute too! 100% recommend!

I haven't even finished putting it together and I am so frustrated with it! I had a hard time getting one of the screws to line up...after 20 minutes...I realized it was because one of the holes wasn't big enough for the screw! I had to drill a hole to try and make it bigger and it still won't go in all of the way! Aside from baskets that kept popping open while I was trying to put them together! I hope they work once I get them on the wall!

I absolutely love this! The style is nice and the baskets are large, so you can put a lot of stuff in them. It was easy to put together and my son hung it. I moved the chalkboard markers and hung them from the front of each basket instead of in the back, which looks cool. Also did 2 hooks per basket on either side which I liked better than lining them up across the bottom. I was looking for a fruit basket and came upon this. So glad I did because it's awesome!
