I purchased this product based on the high reviews which seemed promising. It is not even worth a single star let alone 5 stars.
When I received my package it was in box torn and basically opened with the top lid barley secured by a single layer of tape left on it.

Upon opening my box and separating the pieces for assemble I noticed the metal frame was very bendable and felt hollow. Seemed to be very cheaply made. There was scratches on the headboard and footboard metal frames. The wooden posts had scuffs everywhere on them. To top it off it had no manual! This bed was extremely disappointing and if you have children I would not trust their safety in this bed. Not to mention the eye sore I have looking at this after set up. This bed is not even worth $50. I would have been better off buying a cheap bed at Walmart than this crap (I hate Walmart). I don’t know who gave this 5 stars but this is definitely not it. So I must admit I was skeptical after seeing mixed reviews. And seeing some reviews that said there were “fake reviews “ to boost ratings. Then the box arrived. BEAT UP. I was horrified. However if it did take a beating during shipping it didn’t show it. It was packed well. The instructions were simple and it went together quickly and easily. It’s quite lightweight and sturdy. I can’t speak to longevity right now but I ordered a second one because it looks great and works great!!! Will update as time goes on!

The bed was poorly constructed using poor spot welding all over the bed frame, head and foot boards. This is not IKEA furniture quality which is what I use as the standard for low cost furniture. It is disappointing that Amazon would allows a vendor to sell such an inferior product like this on their platform. I would have posted many photos but Amazon review page kept on kicking me out.

The worst product I have purchased from Amazon. And I buy a lot. Reason:

1. Parts don't fit. For example "bed sheet" and headboard/footboard holes don't line up. Only by loosening the head post screws and foot post screws can you hope to awkwardly get all the screws in.

2. Poor quality control: Welded joints have sharp areas--safety hazard. Some screw holes were too small--I had to widen them with a drill. A center support leg was missing the rounded foot on the bottom.

3. The finish is razor thin. The slightest ding on bedpost exposes the cheap particleboard underneath. And the product arrived with dings.

4. Ambiguous, poorly drawn diagrams: Not clear from any diagram or text whether the metal "bed sheets" have trough up or down. Logically, seems like the trough should be up, so that mattress fits in it, but actually the trough opens downward.

5. Assembly order: The assembly order in the instructions are illogical. The "bed sheets" and their legs should be assembled first so their screw holes meet the level of the headboard and footboard. If you try to follow the instruction order in the instructions, you need to prop up the bed sheets on boxes or something.

Overall a product poorly designed, poorly fabricated., poorly quality-controlled, with poor assembly instructions. Really regret buying this product.

This is tough, the bed is ok for the money but it was not boxed in another box when shipped and by the time I received it the bed was scratched, bent and nuts and bolts were missing. This was a gift that had to be assembled ASAP. My son in law had to go buy hardware to put it together. Parts of the bed were bent and had to be straightened before it would bolt up. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed I have no way to return it and don’t really want to but the way I got this is not acceptable at all. Very stressed about it due to it being needed as soon as we got it. If i could have returned it I would have!

Came with absolutely no instructions. When we opened the box all the screws and hardware were everywhere because the little plastic bag they come in was open. It was missing 2 screws as well. The box had a tear in it so i assume the screws fell out but it definitely wasnt big enough for the instructions to fall out too. Had to go buy the missing screws before I could even start to put together. It wasnt terribly complicated to put together without the instructions but would have made things much easier. The bed is quite sturdy and there were no dings or scratches. For the price I would recommend but the for the frustration I'm not so sure.

I’m torn between a 3-3.5 The bed is easy to put together. I don’t think there is any way it could be easier. There are complete blemishes on the wood area put nothing too noticeable. My only issue is the bed was perfectly level until the middle metal bars were added. Now the bed rocks back and forth and we had to put something underneath one whole side to help deter this from happening. The bed needs these for added support so unfortunately they can’t be removed. I would have returned for a different one but wasn’t going to leave my kiddo without a bed.

Main headboard had very large dent in it. We dont have time to return it as we are moving and need a bed for our son. Upset that it was damaged, now it looks used :(
