I was super excited to get this new cookware! I loved the look of it and the color! Less than 2 years later I'm dealing with rusted pans that actually stained my brand new kitchen sink! So do not buy if you plan to actually use them!

Beware! I bought these thinking Rachel Ray would have a quality product. About a month after receiving the set I used the round cake pan and after only using is once an washing I saw the coating bubbling up and rusting. I contacted Amazon and because it was over the 30 day refund the could only offer me a partial refund. The suggested I contact the seller, I did thinking that Rachel Ray would stand behind their product. I stressed that if this happened to one pan how would I know if the the others would have the same problem. Rachel Ray told me they would not give me a refund and would only replace the one pan. I thought this was poor customer service considering the reputation of Rachel Ray. I went back to Amazon and told them the response from Rachel Ray and Amazon gave me a full refund.

UPDATE: I just used the cupcake pan (for the 2nd time) and it is also displaying the same bubbling and rusting.

Don't take your chances on an inferior product that should be excellent. Thank you Amazon for standing behind a product even when the seller did not!
They rust! They have zero scratches on them but when you wash them the water stand behind the folds around the rims and rusts.
These pans are very nice and good quality. One bad thing was our 9 inch pan had two deep scratches in it so in stead of returning it we filed a warranty claim and that’s were the good part ends. The company sent us a faberware replacement pan instead of the Rachael Ray pan. They also are very hard to contact because they make you file a claim every time. I still may return it because it took a month to get the wrong pan who knows how long to get the right one.
I recieved and have been using my new Rachael Ray 10-piece Cucina bakeware for about a month now and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them so far!!! They arrived very quickly, were packaged neatly, arrived scratch free, and are a beautiful color. The metal is very thick - much more sturdy than any other pans/cookie sheets I have ever owned. I love that all of the pans have a good size handle area on both sides - I used to hate picking up my cake pan or muffin tins and having the thumb of my oven mitt smoosh into the food when I was trying to remove it from a hot oven. The handles are a perfect size to pick up with my gloved hand. I have also noticed the red silicone parts are thick enough that it helps keep the pans from scratching each other when they are stored (I don't know if that is their purpose or not, but they work).

I decided to write this review now because I accidently tested out the non-stick surface last night. I made a spiral glazed ham for the first time ever. I wrapped the ham in foil as it said to do on the package, however I was afraid the juices would leak all over my oven, and I would have trouble lifting an odd shaped, really hot ham. I decided to put one of the cookie sheets under the foil wrapped ham. I baked it for a little over 2 hours, removed it, opened the foil, poured on the sticky glaze, re-wrapped it as best as I could, and popped it back in the oven. As the ham finished cooking, the glaze got WAY more sticky, and leaked out of the foil, all over the cookie pan, bubbled up, and literally burnt onto the surface. {I wish I had taken a picture of it to show how terrible it looked} I thought to myself "Oh crap, I just totally ruined my brand new, kind of expensive pan". After removing the delicious ham, I debated on whether I was going to try to clean the pan, or just mark it up as a loss and throw it away. I ran hot water over it just to see if there was any hope, and to my literal amazement, the burnt goo began falling off and rinsing out! There were a couple of spots that the water didn't seem to work on, so I put a couple of drops of Dawn in the pan, filled it with hot water, and let it sit overnight. I just rinsed the pan with more hot water, and before I even touched it with the sponge, the rest of the burnt goo fell out!! The pan looks brand new, like it had never gone through such a horrible ordeal :-) I have never had a pan that came clean without severe scrubbing, scraping, soaking, and more scrubbing. This one literally rinsed clean without me even touching it with a sponge (I of course did wipe a soft soapy sponge over it to ensure it was thoroughly clean, but I probably didn't have to)

BEST PANS EVER!!! SOOOO worth the money!!! These are a definite investment, but seem like they will last me for years to come. I can't wait to buy the stove-top pots and other items to match!!
Such a pretty bakeware set, the color is perfect and so easy to clean! You can dishwasher these, I haven't had an issue this far, but of course recommend to handwashing to preserve the quality for years to come. When you do handwash, everything just glides off.
I love Rachael Ray cookwear. I don't understand the problems people have with the silicone melting, your oven temp must be way off. These are the most non stick surface I have ever used. And they are heavy duty. Love them.
Omg! I love Rachel Ray products and was super stoked when we remodeled our kitchen to get a new set of Rachel Ray pots and pans. My last set lasted us years with no problems! This pan set when in oven once, yup just once and the blue part on the pan melted! Yup it melted! What a terrible product! Im so sad to not be able to have all a matching set and now im scared to buy another set.
I bought my first house and wanted to have a brand new baking set and get rid of my "college years" cheap kitchen items. I bought this set for 100$ and its fabulous! It looks great, it bakes well, super easy to clean (nothing sticks to it). The only thing I would change is that I wish it had 2 muffin pans - 1 is not enough and I can't seem to find a second individual one in the same colour.
I just received these yesterday and have not had the opportunity to bake with them yet. They were easy to clean and I could tell that they have non-stick surface. The package I received had been opened (what seemed like several times) and was quite worn - all pieces were there and no marks or damage on the pieces themselves.
I bought this for $145 and two week later it's on sale for $106! Not a happy customer! It is a good set but I don't understand how the price can fluctuate so much and when I try to return it, it wants to charge me $30 for shipping.
I love this set. Make sure you follow the instructions and hand wash them. So easy to clean and absolutely nothing sticks. It is nice not to worry about using cupcake liners!
A good set and for ~C$100, a good price! Non-stick layer stays clear and it is so easy to clean! The only thing I mind is that the smallest square tray is a lot smaller than I expected, and I have no idea what to do with it (perhaps it could be used for some small cake, but then again it is a bit pointless turning a big oven on just for this small piece). I do plan on buying other bakeware from this brand soon.
