I love it! I ordered the beige one.

It’s just so great. Very comfortable even though is on the firm side but it is comfortable and perfect for my kids playroom.

It is very easy to assemble. At first I got worried because I received one box and a lot of parts missing, but it turned out that the sofa is shipped in 2 boxes. So if this happens to you guys do not worry it arrives. Mine arrived the very next day.

I contacted customer service regarding this matter and they got back to me very quickly and in a very professional and understanding way, very kind and polite. So add to the gorgeous and great quality sofa an excellent customer service.

This sofa is as advertised. Really my only suggestion would be that the cushions could be a bit thicker and the chaise part could be about 6-8" longer. It would also be great if the cushions were shipped without suctioning in plastic. It takes several days for them to poof back out and they loose some of their original fullness, which is sad. With this type sofa it is imperative that every bit of the thickness of the cushions are maintained. But for the price, I am happy. I knew I was not purchasing a top quality expensive sofa. :-)
Follow-up: I purchased 12x20 rectangle cushion inserts and velcroed/hot glued low to inner back cushions. Perfect addition for lumbar support and easy since cushion covers have zippers.
Note: My only concern is the longevity of the fabric, I have noticed some pilling in some more used areas. Also because it is a dark gray this fabric has a tendency to catch lint etc. so I keep a lint roller nearby.

I ordered the beige which is basically light grey. To begin with, it’s pretty stiff. The fabric is pretty wrinkled out of the box, but it came out pretty well. It definitely isn’t the most comfortable couch, but it works for the price and I’m please with product. The top cushions might look a little slanted in the picture because I flipped them upside down to prevent uneven wear, but so far I think it’s a great item for its price!

I got the beige couch. At first the color looked a little more on the grey side and a bit dirty but it actually turned out to be fine. It was difficult to assemble because a few pieces kept getting stuck but it eventually worked out. It’s great for small spaces.

The picture and explanation of the sofa is deceiving. I thought I purchased a sectional, but the ottoman does not attach. This is not a true sectional. It’s a three seat sofa with an ottoman.
