Long story short:
Researched many, many similar items.
Ordered and paid for Bonnlo Sofa.
Came missing pieces and small damage.
With TIME, ALL was addressed:
Missing items found hidden in ottoman.
One missing pillow will be arriving soon.
My experience with Bonnlo was good.
They always replied to my concerns.
It took a long time but I did make a
GRAND PURCHASE in BONNLO's SOFA.
ALL IS GREAT right now.
I would RECOMMEND purchasing the SOFA.

After I finally received all concerns
met to Amazon's declaration and my
expectations, I was surprised at the
end assembled BONNLO SOFA.
In the past few weeks while Bonnlo
took care of my concerns (missing &
damaged goods) I looked at other
similar sofa's. Found many. BUT they
COSTED a lot MORE than Bonnlo's,
dimensions were a lot bigger thus
NOT a good SPACE SAVER, their
SEAT CUSHIONS were cushiony, soft,
deflated when you sat down on it vs.
Bonnlo's nice comfortable FIRM not
hard SEAT CUSHIONS. BONNLO's
back 3 Pillows (2 that I currently have,
one is being mailed to me) are
comfortably firm, full, puffy and very
nice vs. the non-Bonnlo one's that were
not firm, not full, and when you rested
your back against it, the pillow went
flatter like an old used pillow. Their
arm rests were narrow, too narrow.
BONNLO's ARMRESTS were a nice useful
width, size without being too too wide.
Again, I RECOMMEND BONNLO's SOFA.
My only option I did not have was that I
wanted a BLACK sofa. Knowing this, I
still ordered the sofa and am very very
happy.

Come’on. It’s a couch for $275 and free shipping! It’s an awesome deal. Obviously, be realistic. This couch isn’t going to be the greatest thing in the world but if your place is small and you’re on a budget it’s prefect! I’m 5’3 and weight 176 lbs. I live alone with no kids no pets so this prefect for me.

I ordered the couch on Thursday and it arrived in California by Tuesday. It took me about 45 mins to assemble. It CAME WITH ALL THE PIECES. It was easy to put together if you’re use to building your own furniture. The seating is firm which is what I was looking for it. I love the size! It’s prefect for my apartment. It’s perfect if your looking for a small firm sectional on a budget!

The only downfall but I have with this very small sectional is I only received one tracking number for two boxes in each box had its own tracking number FedEx knew nothing about it so I got that cleared up the second box came the next day everything was intact except not one piece was labeled and it came with one nut and bolt short I literally had to compare the pictures off my phone with trying to put this thing together after several hours I was finally able to complete it I'm still short one nut and one bolt so I'm going to have to go find the exact same size probably at Home Depot besides that sitting on this thing is very sturdy and comfortable definitely great for the money!

Lightweight. And very firm. Great couch for kids/young. If soft is you're thing. This couch is not for you.

Poor quality, hard, Uneven seat backs, uncomfortable...Reminds me of something you find in a dorm room. I got it yesterday and it already feels unsteady and will break at any moment. Unacceptable

this is super cheap Materials you all use. I could make it on my own for lest money and It would be better.... After I look good in the box I realize that all the legs are missing and so do the harwer (Trash )

The seat cushions are pretty firm. Probably because you get what you pay for, but overall pretty happy with the couch. It's a good length and I can sleep on it (over 6 ft tall). Would purchase again if I needed a basic couch.
