I’ve been using really nice blanket on my couch and chair since I got some really expensive furniture this year and it keeps sliding off because I only buy leather. Fabric just attracts cat hair too much and dog hair. I read all the reviews and the only reason I got this one over the other one that covered the entire couch better was because this worked with a reclining couch. The couch one covers much better than the chair one I just received today. If this doesn’t stay on, then I will put the blankets back over and it should help the blankets from slipping and falling constantly. As I typed this review my one cat got on the couch and started scratching at the blanket and she has never done that before with my other blankets. So I guess I’m going to put my blankets over this. She’s the one I have the problem with her nails ruining my new couch. This should help prevent the blankets from slipping down though. The things we do for our pets!

So I only have it four stars and not five because we have a leather couch and the top strap keeps slipping off the top of the couch . We have to large dogs who unfortunately like to jump on one side of the couch were the window is to see who is outside .

Worked great and as expected. Strong and sturdy fabric of high quality. The cover comes with some foam inserts that you can use to wedge the sides of the cover in between the cushion and the armrest to keep it in place. The one thing I wish it had was fabric to cover the complete width of the back.
Even in the picture, you can see that it covers the back, but not the back where the armrests are. Same goes for if your cushions continue on to the front of the armrests. So, if you have kids, you know that that's exactly where they will put their chocolatey hands or yogurty lips. Other than that, great product!

I hate keeping my girl in a cage so I let her chill in the main room when I'm not home. I was keeping a sheet on there to keep her from shedding all over my couch. Only problem was how thin the sheet is. She's the perfect dog other than she likes to lick everything like a cat or something. It would seep through the sheet onto the couch and drove me crazy. It was gross lol this thing doesn't let a thing through. And it looks EONS better than the sheet. I highly recommend.

This does NOT stay in place. I bought to cover my flaking "pleather" couch but every time someone sits on it, it comes off from the top. I have a sectional & bought 2 different sizes (one for the longer side, one for the shorter/lounge side,) and the elastic straps have no place to hold to. I feel it would be better if the elastic straps went from the back and under the couch to stay in place. And the Styrofoam like inserts are a total waste as well. Maybe good for animals on a couch but not a family and every day use. Looks nice if you don't sit on it.

These covers are wonderful!!! I have 2 dogs, and many visitors that come to my home on a weekly basis. They have been on one week and have been put to the test. I bought two to fully cover my sectional. Soda was dropped on them and did not absorb but instead the liquid stayed on top till I cleaned it up, dog hair quickly cleans up and best of all looks great!

This cover is made of decent material and does what is described in the product description. I will say though that the foam rollers don't do a great job of keeping the sides tucked in. We routinely have to adjust the cover after we sit on the couch or if the pets jump up. We also got a small snag in the fabric within a couple of days. It didn't rip through, so it wasn't a major issue. For the most part I'm satisfied with this purchase for the price. You could certainly pay more for something that has a tighter fit or made of higher quality material, but this does the job.
