Read reviews that mention:

This bunk bed was perfect for our sons! It was a little confusing because it comes in 2 separate boxes and we received one at a time. It’s real sturdy and they love the fort on top.

Everything is amazing EXCEPT the instructions are wrong! They have mislabeled boards which makes the initial set up very hard to figure out. They also labeled wrong numbers for the screws on multiple pages. This needs reviewed ASAP by the manufacturer because this delayed the set up by an hour or more, not to mention damage to the wood due to the wrong screws listed on the instruction manual.

Sturdiness: very sturdy

Value: incredible piece of furniture for this amount and absolutely gorgeous

Ease of assembly: difficult, mostly due to the mislabeled parts and instructions.

Time to assemble: 4+ hours
So the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because over half of the parts weren't labeled so I didn't know what letter was what piece and there was no written instructions just pictures so I made it a little complicated.
I rate this a 5/5! Only one hiccup is that my 2 boxes didnt come the same day, the second box came 2 days later!
This bunk bed is SO easy to put together. Once sorted and have all the right tools its simple! I would use a drill to start but once you get going, its really not needed! All screw heads are allen wrench style, but do need a philips head at the end, which you may need a drill for that part to for the support beams!
My almost 3 and almost 5 year old girla are both so very excited about their new Bunk Bed! Great product and I would buy again! And also the height fits a normal sized room perfectly as long as there isnt a ceiling fan in the way. Fortunately the room is big enough where it wont be an issue!
Quality:
This bed seems sturdy as most screws cut into the wood nicely. There are a few blemishes in the wood and they just painted over it several times. One of the dowels went through the hole because the directions were wrong. My soon to be 5 year old will love it.

Style:
I bought the white and it looks clean and modern. Very nice with the rest of the bedroom set.

Size:
I think this is a perfect size for a child that thinks they are a big boy but still occassionally wets the bed. I was worried about changing the sheets, and if I could gain access. The bed is sturdy but can be easily moved with a little effort away from the wall if you need to clean, etc. I have a normal size mattress on the bottom (foam) and my little one has room. I thought it might be too thick of a mattress and make him feel trapped. He will see the bed tomorrow as a birthday surprise, but I laid in the bottom and it's fine. He can sit up easily. As for the top, he isn't brave enough to sleep up there yet, so I ordered some of the exercise floor mats and screwed down the corners. Another mom had a review where she did that on the bottom. I still think I will order a thin 6" mattress for the top because one day he will be brave enough. But for now, I'm going to see if the pseudo floor holds up for a little fort/play area on top.

Directions:
The directions include have several errors. I read all of the reviews and I agree. You can easily follow the directions,...IF you lay out all of your materials FIRST. Put the screws in the order of size, and double check the direction of the wood. The directions definitely name the wrong screw sometimes, but if you go by the length in the picture and look at the tip, you can figure it out. The roof was totally off. The were saying to put the dowel where the screw should go, so that took me sometime to figure that out and the roof on part M didn't have the predrilled holes so several times I thought I caught the thread only to find the screw fully exposed. USE A DRILL!!! I was prepared based upon reviews. I was able to shave off an hour in set up doing it that way. I still had to finish on several items but the entire bed is ALLEN WRENCH, and you finish off the slats with Philips.

All in all, this was on sale and I saw this product for up to $1,000 elsewhere. So go with this vendor. And they are in the US so they have customer support. I emailed them to make sure the product shipped and it was here quickly.

Thanks! My kiddo is going to love it.
Assembly takes some time but using the picture diagrams makes it an easy can do. Make sure to have a drill handy with the correct bit to drive the screws to save time during assembly. Came in two large boxes about 70 lbs each. Size wise it is perfect for kids but a tight squeeze for adults. I would recommend this bed set for kids under 12.
This bed is so adorable, my daughter is over the moon. It's a little wobbly and I'm not sure why though. The set up was very difficult – things weren't matching up in the pictures like they were with the actual pieces (where the holes go for example), lots of the holes weren't big enough for the bolts and were SO difficult to get in using the little hex wrench, I even had to break out the hammer a few times, there was a staple over one of the bolt holes I had to remove, I got to the VERY END and the holes weren't matching up just right for the ladder so I had to get out the drill, and some of the bags of bolts didn't have any number on the bag to correspond with the instructions. If it felt a little sturdier and the instructions/set up weren't so awful I would give this 5 stars. I've seen this same exact style elsewhere for lots more money so I'm wondering if it's a matter of getting what you pay for. Having said all that, overall I do love it, and so does my daughter.
Gorgeous bed. Great customer service
