The first time the couch arrived, it had a huge gash from a knife or box cutter. The manufacturer replaced it but the replacement came with significant surface damage, covered in mold, and rust.

The couch is well made and a good value for the money. It looks good, the seams are well sewn, the bolsters move up and down easily and the frame is sturdy. And the bonus pull out bed, like a trundle bed, is on wheels and easy to put up and down. My only complaint is the faux leather feels like vinyl and the cushions are a little stiff. I am happy with it and I would buy it again.
Delivery: It was delivered in 2 boxes, smaller than expected. The parts are in a zippered compartment inside the couch. Most of it was easily assembled but the risers on the bed cushion required precise placement, as on the directions.

I was a little skeptical buying this couch because of some of the reviews saying there were tears. I received mine with 0 tears and 0 difficulty building. The only thing is it came in dirty but that was probably the shipping's fault. Building the couch was relatively easy, the instructions were not as clear as they could have been. Overall, I love the couch and how spacious it is when the pullout cushion is out.

The couch looks good, but it came missing one leg and another leg was a little messed up so it couldn't get screwed in properly and bends out of place. We can't sit on it yet.

When the packaged arrived I was really impressed with it. Upon opening, I was further impressed with the design and overall quality of the sofa. The headrest is the best part of the sofa as you can adjust it as per your need ( unexpected). This sofa is good for city apartment; with lots of storage space as well as a pullout bed. This pullout bed topped with mattress pad is perfect for overnight guests. Overall the finishing and design feels like a higher end sofa although it is not a leather sofa. Another best part is, unlike IKEA sofa this sofa has hinges that lock the 2 units. Easy to separate the 2 piece during move-out.

On the downside, they sent me a defective frame which was lacking holes to put the wheels and stumps. Upon contacting the seller, they were responsive and help resolve the issue by offering a refund to cover charges of the assemblyman. Hence the quality control may need some update on their part.

I’ve had it for a couple months now and it’s excellent, very nice. I love it. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I feel like the cushions are getting bumpy hence it’s not very comfortable to sleep on like the first time I bought it

Very large, but small enough to fit into my apartment living room. Comfortable to sleep on. Love the material. Took maybe 15 minutes to assemble once we realized that the parts are zippered into the underside of the lounge. I like how the headrest is adjustable. The material is faux leather. So far, it has been easy to clean.

Over all pretty easy to assemble. Perfect size, love the sleeper part of the sectional for guests or even a nap on the couch! Great value for your money! Comfortable, more on the firm side then sink in like a couch potato!
