Came in THREE BOXES. I REPEAT....THREE and they did NOT come on the same day. However, when I panicked like the psycho I am and emailed the company thinking I was missing piece they were very helpful! I am satisfied with the purchase and my children love their bed!

This bed took some time to put together. for the money I feel it should have come with more pieces put together but yeah this is a Tetris type bed so be mindful of that. The bed itself is beautiful and it seems sturdy. the company was easy to reach out to and eager to help so that’s a plus because some pieces were missing or mis-holed But with one email the company was quick to respond and sent out the pieces right away. If your handy this is a great choice if ur not opt for the expert set up overall I’m happy with my purchase. Update: the bed actually isn’t sturdy at all I have to keep tightening the screws w the Allen key for that I’m giving 2 stars

I liked that it appeared to be well made- time will tell There were a few dents in the wood however, I could not wait for replacement. Was fairly easy to assemble but some areas do require more than one person. Bottom bunk needs to have the pillow on the stair side or it falls through the headboard opening. Would be nice if there were covers for the screws. Purchased the stairs do to the child having a disability and stairs are more feasible than a ladder. Also, would be nice if there was an opening on the stair side instead of climbing over.
Now that I have had for a while it is wobbly. I am checking all the screws as I don't know why.

This bed is beautiful. It was very intimidating at first, there are so many pieces. But, the directions are easy to follow and it is put together in a logical order. It did take two people four hours to put together.

This bed is perfect and just as described. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Every piece was labeled as shown in the instructions too (uncommon in my experience). The ONLY thing I would have done differently was leave part of the bottom of the stairs out for additional storage. Otherwise it's perfect and the kids love it!:

This bed is doing great! I was at first skeptical about the stair doors, but ended up liking them a lot. The only dislike I have is the paint job could have been of better quality, but that didn't cause me to overall dislike the product. Our 4yr daughter and 7yr old son both have a blast getting ready for bed now. And bottom trundle bed is doing great for sleepovers and when one of us parents have been assigned to nighttime monster patrol! Very sturdy!

Multiple parts mislabeled on step by step instructions. Multiple pieces not labeled at all. Holes were not drilled correctly or lined up to fit properly. Uneven cut pieces, an overall hassle. A few days before assembling this bed I put together another trundle bed for my 2 youngest and everything was so easy and effortless to assemble as well as clear well put together instructions with all pieces labeled properly.

This is a nice looking sturdy bunk bed set. I read reviews about it being wobbly, not the case at all.
