I was amazed that this entire mattress came rolled up like a camping mat! It was super easy to assemble. I unboxed the mattress. I used a pair of scissors to cut the plastic off the mattress. Had to flip the mattress, wasn't a big deal...very easy. The mattress immediately expanded to full thickness within 40-60 minutes. My back was in so much pain, I slept on my new mattress just few hours after setting it up. I can't say enough good about my brand new gel cool memory foam mattress! It was amazing !!! If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate! Seriously it will be the best thing you do for yourself and your back. I'm ture believer in gel cool memory foam and I'm NEVER going back to a conventional mattress ever again. This mattress is great, your body adjust to it perfectly. This is the first time I bought mattress online, so I am a bit worried. I only bought mattress from physical stores, because I like to have the in-person experience before I make the decision. However, under COVID-19 shutdown, I can’t really find any store open for mattress sale. So, naturally I went to Amazon for mattress shopping. This specific product from Novilla is the new brand to me, but it has perfect rating score on reviews. Therefore, I decide to give it a try. The box arrived in a week, much faster than I expected giving the circumstances right now. This is for the guests room, so the real comment is from my friend who stay with me for two nights. He said that it's probably the most comfortable memory foam mattress he has ever slept on! And the guy is like me, only bought spring mattress. I tried it, and it is amazingly comfortable for sure! I will definitely buy it again when I want to replace my own king size mattress in the future.

I was very skeptical buying a mattress online. We had been shopping around for a new mattress for our queen bed in our camper. We camp a ton and needed something more comfortable. delivery was fast and set up was easy. The mattress its wrapped in plastic and comes in a box. included was a letter opener type cutter for opening the plastic without damaging the mattress. Once open it inflated quickly. Directions say to leave for 72 hours to completely expand. 4 days later we were able to go camp and test it out. HUGE difference! I just wanted an upgrade for our camper bed but I would purchase one for our bed at home. Its soft like I prefer yet firm enough to be supportive. no sagging edges or poking springs. my husband and I both slept great. Bummed it not letting me add pictures to this review for a visual.

I have had this mattress for about a week now and I'm definitely thrilled with both the mattress and the price after the coupon , people sell used mattress at 200 usd ish while I can get a comfy brand new one on Amazon ,I have to give it a shot . Mattress height is as described after I put it on my bed and measured after 48 hours so it can bounce back ,and it's packed into a small box which I can easily carried it onto my second floor ,I don't have any aches or pain when I woke up ,money well spent.

Oh my god...GET THIS BED WHEN YOU CAN! Im so glad i made this purchase, after allowing the bed 72 hours to fully inflate I was able to sleep on my bed last nice. And let me tell you i felt like I was sleeping in heaven on a cloud. It felt too good to be true. BUT WAIT A MINUET, ahen I woke up...LORD I FELT 100X BETTER THAN MY OLD TWIN MATRESS. Truly an upgrade, it suppotts my back well. Im a back and side and stomach sleeper so TRUST ME when I tell you it works wonders. I usually always feel some sort of back pain regarless throughout the day, but i felt 0 when I woke up and I am amazed. Please get this bed, best bang for your buck. Im not sure how the purple matress or necter or sleep number beds feel put there, but I can say this sure comes close to it for the amount of money you are paying! Lastly please wait a full 72 hours the bed really does reach 12" you just need to be paitent lol!
