So I took a chance in this convertible sofa. The only thing I didn’t like was how long it took! But the rest of this could ITS PERFECT! Literally was I was looking and than some. It’s a beautiful mid-dark grey Upholstery, linen I believe. Soft to the touch and not uncomfortable at all ( for me) since I’m not a fan of soft beds. The firmness of it is perfect. Since I’m a small person and live alone I just take my mattress pad , fold it in half and sleep on it like a couch! It’s like I’m couch surfing but it’s my own place! I don’t even need to worry about that size because I fit perfectly. I had one grip was getting the side cushions on but the padding was so dense ( not a bad thing ) to get on the metal teeth to keep the cushions from falling just make sure to push really hard. Assembly was the easiest. It wasn’t heavy and it took about 30 minutes to put it together. All in all it’s a great piece of furniture! I recommended 100%.

I wanted to love this futon but its not anywhere near as nice as other reviews say. The linen became loose overnight, the stuffing was lumpy and hard and theres no way that this futon can hold 700+lbs... it bows in the center just under its own weight. The seller is deceptive by saying you can return the item- they make you pay out of pocket or shipping and due to the size this thing is hundreds of dollars to ship back! They’re not responsive to email either. Luckily amazon was able to process a refund regardless of the sellers negligence. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this item or the seller.

I wish the couch was a bit softer like the throw pillows that came with the sofa. It is a bit too stiff for my family. I like to sit on it but it is hard to sleep all night on it because it is too sturdy and not plush enough. The metal of the legs should be thicker for long term use.

My fault for not researching this better. The couch comes from China, and costumer service will be terrible, i love the most the excuse that they couldn't get back in touch with me due to the time difference....
So now I have asked for a refund. They take your money the same second! but to return... time difference, ha!

Perfect couch if you are limited by access. We were easily able to get this down our very narrow basement steps. Set up was super easy and the couch looks great. Not the most soft couch you will sit on but it does the job. Would recommend.
