Overall, 5-stars! The cushions are firm and will last outdoors longer than softer ones will. We were tentative about the size after seeing so many than seemed too petite. We are very pleasantly surprised! We bought these to use even as living room furniture while we renovate our home and everything is in storage. Highly recommend!

Updated review after 6 months of use:

Derating from 4 to 3 stars for the following reasons: the pillow material is wrapped into thin paper-like bags that completely deteriorate into insanely ridiculous flakes. Who on earth does this? How much more would it have cost them to pack pillow material into better quality waterproof pillow cases before stuffing them into final outer case material? Just thing thing alone is guaranteed to piss you off! Went to remove pillows to wash covers just to find inside material crumbling to bits and pieces. See attached pictures.
The pillows move a lot and will not stay. Why not provide small strings and tie-down spots or hooks to keep them in place.
The color fades quite a bit so expect a whole different color tone after a few months of sun exposure.
So what could be better? Probably a woven set that does not have any pillows or fabric. May not be as comfortable/soft to sit on but is less likely to have these issues.

Initial review:

Decent set for sure. I wouldn't call it a WOW but it's great for rental purposes and perhaps day to day use with an expectation that you'll replace it within a few years.

Assembly is painful to a certain degree. Lots of weird angles and buried bolts.
With this type of material, perfect alignment is just a dream so be ready for that. Overall it does come together OK and it's not a major issue but the assembly is a time consuming thing but it's not awful.

The look is great and quality is decent. I won't rip at it too hard because the price is very reasonable for what you get.
The shipping and delivery is truly outstanding so that is a 5 star level. Seller is easy to reach and answers all questions fairly. If there are any issues with order they will handle it promptly so kudos to them for good service.
Cushions to move a bit but I don't have a massive issue with it given that you can do various combination with it.

ONE DETAIL THAT YOU'LL ABSOLUTELY HATE: the small black U-shaped connectors is something that will rip your hands apart literally. It's a finger-breaking exercise to put them on. That is as stupid as it gets so there's no way I can leave a 5 star rating with something like that. I had to muscle my way into expanding them by hand first before being able to snap them on to connect pieces to each other. Good heavens! Who thought of that to be an acceptable solution for linking pieces together. I can think of at least 5 ways to redesign that stupid thing to connect pieces without hurting someone's fingers and hands.

Overall I would purchase it again. The color is vibrant and very cool. it really makes our outdoor space pop.

4 stars for a few repetitive and painful bolt locations and u-shape black connectors.
Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating for the overall price to value ratio.

Furniture looks pretty nice. Was relatively easy to assemble. However I didn't realize how low and short the seating was until I assembled everything. Back support is pretty low. Only comes up half way up your back. Shouldn't be too big of a deal but time will tell. Some of the wicker was damaged, so one of the seats has a gaping 1" hole right in front which looks pretty ugly. Also the suction cups that are supposed to secure the glass to the table don't work at all. The added clips that are supposed to connect the seats together are honestly kind of a joke. Easily pop off and don't look like they're made for this furniture.

Also be aware that once shipped, you'll get one tracking number. However this comes in 4 boxes, so be sure to message the seller and ask for the rest of the tracking numbers and shipping information. This led to a lot of confusion and frustration. More transparency from the seller would have been greatly appreciated.

**Update**
FedEx recommended the seller refund the shipping charges and that they could then file a claim with FedEx to recoup shipping charges to them. Seller refused to do so. But as a compensation, they decided to send us a furniture cover. Just received the cover, and looks to be made for a large, low level table. Not a sectional. Cover doesn't even fully cover the height of the patio set, even if it was the right shape. Disappointed with the customer service and lack of care. While the patio set is a great deal, it's still not inexpensive. While spending more might not be optimal, I'd recommend looking at more reputable companies for better service.

I was a bit nervous purchasing patio furniture without seeing it in person, but I am glad I took the leap! It's just as nice in person as in the photos online. I read all the reviews (which most were very positive) and couldn't be happier! I finally have a patio that I am proud to have company over. It comes with the two toss pillows as shown. I have since recovered them to a different color. Really nice fabric on the cushions and the color of the woven rattan is a greige (gray - beige). Totally love this set! So many configuration options as well. Nice price point for what you would find else where - paying over $1000.

Very nice outdoor sectional. Very versatile, it can be put in a lot of different configurations. I love that it came with stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers. I will never have to worry about them rusting. It is a very comfortable couch for the outdoors. I gave this a four star rating only because of the backs of the sectional. They are pretty low, specially for a taller person like myself. I received and email from the seller explaining to me all the product info and how many boxes were going to be arriving. Very helpful info. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a very nice piece of furniture for an excellent price!
