This bed is an excellent value for 199. Nobody paid me to write this and I got the bed with my old cold hard earned cash. I called the company by the phone number provided to inquire about the color before I ordered. As for their customer service, it’s very easy to talk to a person. It is indeed a beige not the slightly gray tone the first pic indicates. Nor is it as white as the second product pic indicates. I uploaded my own image that I believe shows a more true color.

I was a little skeptical at first as there were no reviews. I decided to take a leap of faith as the other reviews from this brand were also very good. This bed took me 2.5 hours or so to put together. This is mostly bc you have to use an Allen wrench for most of it. There is no way around it unless you have fancy Smancy adapters for your drill. I do not, so I went manual with the tools provided. #protip: do not tighten anything on the bed (except for the leg attchemmet to the headboard, and the individual feet) until all parts of the bed are together. You can put the nuts and bolts in place but that’s it. If you screw them early, it can be difficult to put other bolts in holes. (That’s what she said). This all being said. Once the bed is together and tightened, it’s very sturdy, you will need someone else to help you move it after it’s together(because it’s right and awkward) so I suggest moving it where you want it before tightening it fully.

The instructions leave something to be desired. If you lack some common sense they might be a bit difficult. #protip: save the long bolts to use in the metal part of the frame, the short bolts are not long enough to screw the nuts on.

As far as hardware goes, everything was there. Exactly the right amount of screws, bolts, and nuts. However even with using washers liberally, I had a ton left over. I’m not sure what I will do with the plethora of washers but I’m sure I’ll figure something out.

If you can not find all your hardware do not panic. The back of the headboard is Velcro and the parts are stashed in there. I also like this because it Velcro’s flush and I can hide things in there. If you like hiding stuff then this headboard is for you. Plenty of room for kinky hardware or paraphernalia. I’m not saying I have any of that but I might want some.

If something goes wrong in the near future. I will give a detailed update on what acrobatic activities caused the demise. However, as sturdy as it appears, I can not see anything going wrong.

We moved our daughter from a toddler bed to a full bed and went with this one. I read reviews that said it was sturdy and I of course loved the design. I put it together while my husband was at work, it was extremely easy to assemble. He drilled on the slats when he got home. Again, easy. The bed is VERY sturdy and heavier than I expected, which is a plus. I’m very pleased with the bed and the quality, you can’t beat it for the price! Our daughter just loves it to. Also, I read a review that said the mattress didn’t fit the frame, but our mattress (full) fit the frame perfectly. And it came a day earlier! Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful bed any day!

LOVE!!! I decided to splurge and buy myself a new bed and mattress since I’d been sleeping on a 20 year old hand-me-down! This bed is truly fit for a queen it’s beautiful and very sturdy. Easy to put together, my mom and I did it ourselves in about an hour. Love that it doesn’t need a box spring

This arrived in two separate boxes, days apart. It is not sturdy and mine showed damage coming out of the box. My husband put it together and once we added our mattress and boxspring, we knew it wouldn't hold up. The headboard looks so small with a mattress/boxspring on it. I'm worried that when we try to disassemble to return, it'll fall completely apart.

Amazing bed frame! Look super luxurious and fancy. Seems, so far, very sturdy and comfortable. Very easy to put together with a little help from someone else. Color is true to the picture. Material is very firm and the upholstery is amazingly good material. The bed by far is not noisy (trust me we use it plenty). Would definitely recommend and buy again in the future for guest bedroom.

I am so glad I found this bed on amazon for way cheaper! When the box arrived, it was a little banged up. I was hoping that it didn’t puncture through the bed but sadly it did. The back of the headboard had a slight tear(no biggie). With further inspection, I noticed the front of the headboard also had a tear. It’s driving me insane because the rest of the bed was in good condition. Assembly didn’t take long and was easy. After placing my memory foam mattress on it, you can hear weird banging noise when crawling on the bed. Otherwise, I feel that it’s sturdy. After owning it for two months the footboard’s inner cardboard is protruding as if the glue or whatever that kept it intact is now undone. If it wasn’t for the slight tear on the front of the headboard and the footboard’s cardboard protruding, it would’ve been a 5 star!
