This is a beautiful linen/fabric bed-frame and is very modern in appearance. I love the design and the fact it comes with durable wood foundation slats!!!!! You do not need to use a box spring so I love the fact the bed sits a little lower to the ground. If you want a higher bed then just add your box spring., again though it's not needed, just personal preference. Assembly was very straightforward and directions were easy to follow. Allow yourself room to put the bed together so you can lay everything out. It comes with foam padding and non slip tape you can add to the frame and slats so it reduces noise and prevents the mattress from sliding around. The bed frame is very quiet and it looks gorgeous in my son's room! Exceeds my expectations.

I got this frame to go with an amazon brand stone and beam headboard. This frame is very nice and was packaged incredibly well. The legs cane with little bike tire nozzle covers over the screw threads. Everything was in its own plastic sleeve. Nothing was dirty or scuffed or scratched. The tools and screws were shrink wrapped to cardboard. The instructions are all pictures but they’re pretty dummy proof. It came together quickly and easily and I had it assembled by myself in about 20 minutes. Then I attempted to attach the headboard to the frame. They are both amazon brand, and they are both queen sized. I found it slightly disappointing that apparently amazon basics products may not be compatible with amazon stone and beam products. While I was attaching the headboard to the frame on one side (blissfully unaware that it was not going to reach to the other side) I noticed that the holes cut into the bed frame so that you can attach a headboard are just heat sealed fabric. The hole got caught up with the bolt for the headboard and stretched out and left the hole looking kind of gaping but its the part that’s against the headboard and the wall so no one will see it anyway. The slats that go across the bed to support the mattress are attached to Velcro and the corresponding Velcro strip on the frame itself attaches and holds them in place. The whole frame feels very sturdy and it’s very nice looking. The legs are plastic but they’re a frosted plastic and look a lot like black cast iron. The frame comes with all the parts and tools you need, even a little Allen wrench. It’s very nice.

So first ,AmazonBasics Modern Faux-Linen Upholstered Bed Foundation is a high quality product, very sturdy and excellent packing job. The instructions are very very easy to follow, no tools required, it basically snaps together, which makes it easy. My only draw back was this, I needed to use a rubber hammer to get the first end on, not sure why it was fighting me to get it in. The second thing is this, once you have it together, and turn it over to zipper on the bottom, some of the slats fell out, I had to un zipper and put them back in, so be careful how you turn it over when complete. I would think it would have been better if these slat pieces "snapped" in better. Other wise, it's a great and very sturdy frame, and only took 20 minutes to assemble. We have been sleeping on it for weeks and holds weight really well. Highly recommend this product.

Looks very elegant, Installation was very easy you don’t really need an instruction it is a simple process just a couple of screws and you are done. It is sturdy supports the bed well.
