This is such a nice looking faucet. It looks super upscale and expensive. We love the touch feature, and snake hose. My husband said it was okay to install but the directions were sparse and we could tell it wasn’t written in formal English- he is handy so he figured it out but expect little direction. We’ve only had it for a month and so far it’s been great!

Stylish and affordable. We looked at many that were much more expensive. This came very well packaged, even with white gloves. The instructions were a little hard to follow and I think a washer was missing but we installed it anyway and love it.

This product is still working well for me after months of use. Price was good. Rating for my install is average because I am not a plumber. I hired a professional plumber to install this item for me. I love this product. So much more predictable than those motion sensors. I highly recommend this product.

We went shopping for a specific look: sleek, matte black, modern and clean lines. The quality of the product was amazing. My boyfriend and I almost spent $300 for something almost identical to this and we spent a fraction of the price. I would definitely purchase this again if I had to.

This was relatively easy to install and we really love it. It makes cooking and washing hands a breeze with the simple touch feature. We had an issue with the first one that was sent and customer service replaced it no questions asked. we are very happy.

Product works good, you need to ensure the weight properly attaches to the hose so the faucet retracts and stays in place. You also need batteries to run the touch, as it runs off of 4 AA.

We had an issue with the first unit sent, the touch control was intermittent and could be activated by tapping the battery box. A few short emails with the seller and days later a new faucet was delivered. Replaced the battery box and activation controller and all is well. Would buy again!
