I gave this product 3 stars because it is a nice product overall (has been installed for 1 month as of this review). it was packaged extremely well, and appeared to be made of decent materials. the install was a no brainer and even without my 30 years of automotive experience, I think someone with an common mechanical knowledge could install this.
after the install which took about 15 minutes (again, with my experience) I was excited to have finally covered the new truck bed.
couple light rainy days and the water rolled right off..all was working as designed...however, one heavy rainy day and this is what I came out to...the two support bars under the cover have flexed in the opposite direction and allowed puddling on the cover top.....
I will be forced to somehow modify it for strength as we here in new England are approaching winter...and if this can't handle rain...well you know the rest....

15 minutes and done. Super easy to install. I don't like the big clamps that secure the rail along the bed but that's just me. There's really nothing wrong with them I just don't like them and don't mind drilling a few holes in the bed rail. Make sure you fasten the rails close enough inward to not leave a gap in the final crossbar when you bring it down to close.
Looks great and easy to adjust as needed.
Looks great and fits great and so far seems pretty water resistant. I only gave it four stars because when I first got it I couldn’t get it to seal when it was clsed and latched. No amount of adjusmtment was fixing the problem so I returned it and got another. The second worked and for exactly as it should. The first must have had a manufacturing defect. Overall, I’m very happy, I just wish the first one had worked and didn’t need replaced.
Update June 6 2020: I'm getting ready to buy another one of these because the first one served me so well. Complaints about quality of latches and other hardware fall on deaf ears for me, as I never once had a problem with any of that after two years. This included numerous 4-6 hour trips at Interstate speed, as well as hauling all manner of cargo, rolling up the cover and securing it back down, the works. And never once the slightest water leak, in high-pressure car washes or thunderous downpours. In my experience these are solid truck bed covers at a bargain price. Spend $700-plus if you want, I really don't need to. (My original review follows.)

Installed easily enough, snugs down easy, appears secure on the truck (2007 Ram 1500 Quad Cab, 6.5' bed). The clips are plastic as noted by other reviewers, but they seem sturdy enough. I'm not sure lightweight aluminum/alloy would be a whole lot better. I spent considerable time getting the rails lined up just right, so it locks down solid.

After locking it down I tighten up the sides -- I pull the velcro loose and tug each side good and tight. That gives it a nice smooth appearance and makes sure there is excellent velcro contact all the way up and down.

So far everything is fine. I've only rolled it up a couple of times, don't expect to have to do that very often, so I'm not greatly concerned about excess wear-and-tear on the plastic tabs or slots. It unlocks/pops loose easily, is very easy to roll up and the wrap-around straps hold it down good enough.

When rolling it back down over the bed, it's important to make sure each end of the support slats goes down inside the rails. That is also very easy to do when I'm standing in the bed rolling it out.

ONE SPECIFIC ISSUE and the SOLUTION: My bed liner has a lip over the front rail, plus a tailgate piece that comes up over the tailgate. The sides are bare metal, not covered. So what happened was I had a thin gap between the rails and the truck. It was also a little difficult closing the tailgate after I locked down the tonneau cover. So I bought a 30' roll of 1-1/2" x 1/4" neoprene foam strip ($25) to fill in the gaps on each side. It works perfectly. I didn't expect a super-watertight fit, but the foam strip sealed it all up very nicely. And I can close the tailgate without any real trouble.

Bought "Used - Like New" through Prime and it arrived in like-new condition.
First off I will state I am a little picky but feel we have the right to be when we are purchasing accessories that are installed on expensive vehicles.

The PROs
Easy to install
Everything package nicely
Everything was in the box

The CONs
directions could be better
the mounting rails are "clunky" compared to other companies
the release seems very "cheap" compared to other companies

Got the product yesterday and installed in about an hour because I am pretty picky when it comes to my trucks. I have used other big name cover companies in the past but after reading Tyger reviews i figured I would give them a shot. As I mentioned above in the Pros/Cons that package was well shipped, everything was in the box however the directions could have been a little clearer. My complaints are the side rails do not run with the coutour of the bed rails so the lines match up of the truck bed, i would expect the tonneau cover rails would follow the bed rails. I do have the BUG in the 2019 so not sure if that was the cause. I did read on the instructions you may need to cut your bed covers but i am not about to cut the covers on a brand new truck, either the product will work with them or they do not. If they dont I will send them back. My other complaint is where the front of the cover meets the bed. The driver side corner is popped "up" as you can see in the last picture. i am not sure why it is like that but I will have to take a look when the weather clears up.

The whole thing installed no problem, i feel like mounting brackets are a little clunky and the release for the tailgate could be improved. I did have to adjust the tensioner and once I did the cover is right and no pooling water as you can see. I will update this as we go along as these pictures are from the very first full day after install and I have not checked the inside of the bed for water just yet.

Make sure you do use the enclosed weather stripping on the front and on the tailgate for a solid closure.
I received this tonneau cover today for my Ram1500 crew cab and installed it today. Installation was a piece of cake, very very easy everything except the tools was included in the box. Only tools required are box cutter, phillips screwdriver, and 10mm socket. I must say this tonneau cover is half the price of what dealership would charge and literally equal or better in quality and fitment. See my pictures. There is no rips or sag after installation. It rained right after I installed it and there was no water inside the box. I am very very satisfied with this product and thank God that I did not go to the dealership to pay double the price. Tyger is highly recommended. Shipping was fast as delivered as promised.
Fit perfect on my 2018 ram crew cab. A bit tricky to adjust it in the end. But the video demonstrates well! Must buy! Does leave some gaps for water to get in though but that’s a cheap fix with some weather stripping. Will highly recommend for the price!
Installation was fairly simple, takes around 30-45 minutes. Product looks really good and people can't believe I paid so little for it. The Tyger emblem on the cover is a little tacky. On my 2014 RAM, there is a slight gap (1/4 or so) between the weatherstripping and the box on the section closest to the rear window. This is due to the plastic bed side rail protectors that are on my truck. I will have to take the entire thing off and put another piece of weatherstripping to eliminate the gap.

Overall its a nice product!
Just installed this on my 2015 ram 1500 crew with the 5'5 box. Pro tip from a review I read, get some sort of adhesive weather striping for the front of your box if you have plastic bed rails to prevent rain and snow from getting in. Don't even read the instructions go directly to YouTube. Tyger has a well done install video posted that's far more informative. Only thing I can suggest is to put everything together and roll it out leaving your clamps slightly loose. Then you can slide it into place where you want it then just tighten your clamps back to front as you unroll it. If you have any questions at all email the tyger customer service they're great. Looks sharp aside from the cheesy looking emblem. Time will tell but the quality looks fairly good. Took me 20-30 mins to unbox and install with the help of my 2 year old. Extremely easy.
It is a nice tonneau cover and have no complaints when we first got it. 2 weeks after install we just noticed that the cover keeps opening up and unlocking while driving on high speeds. Which has become a danger to us while driving as stuff starts flying out of truck and had to stop and push it down +++ times . It seems like the part where it locks latch is broken. So I don’t know who to contact about the issue.
It was easy to install, instruction was clear and came with provided weather stripping, I do wish the supporting ribs (the sticks that are holding up the covers) come with some sort of adjustable strips, there is quite bit of slick between the rail where it sits on so it can move when driving, but overall very happy with it.
I liked the price considering this stuff get vandalized around the communities here. The installation went great. Instructions both on paper and video were accurate and served well. We had a rainstorm with high wind last night after installed. We still got water in the box. Unless someone can offer any ideas I will investigate a fix. There may be a removable seal to put along the front where there are no clamps. I will try a neat bead of black silicone if nothing else.
07 ram short box. I had the OEM dodge tonneau on before and it was good, strong, really waterproof but a nightmare to roll back out. I wanted something easier to roll out and also something that left a bit of the stake pockets exposed on the outside so I could mount a custom made kayak rack over the bed of my truck. They are about 1/4" exposed in the front and maybe 1/2" exposed at the rear. Fits the box well.
Great fit and super easy to install. Installed it in about 20mins solo. Rain water runs off and does not pool. Material is thick and seems to be good quality. Rails are foam lined so will not chaf box. Leaks a little bit through corners. With that being said, we drove for 8hrs in a downpour and everything was dry. Rolls up tight to rear window so the entire box is usable. Great cover for the money. Will buy it again for next truck for sure.
I wasn’t sure what to think when I found this tonneau cover for so little, compared to stores I was shopping at. I looked at all the reviews here and decided to take a chance.
It arrived before the date amazon gave me. It was packaged very well. I found the instructions very easy to follow, plus I watched the video they have for installing it for my truck.
The installation took 30 minutes but that was me taking my time and having my neighbor talking to me and having a beer while doing it.
All in all I am very impressed with this cover. I know every store I looked at they were double what this one was.
I will update in the winter to see how it fares with snow.
Not as thick as my previous mopar cover but identical construction of the rails and I prefer the clamp on this one with tools, less damaging to the hands when removing during cold winter weather than the mopar spring loaded levers ones. Should last half has long due to the cheaper vinyl but it's half the price.
After looking at different types of covers I finally decided on this one and I'm sure glad I did.

I had read a few reviews about them sagging, but if you go to each side and give it a tug while velcroing after opening/closing; It keeps it nice and tight to prevent that.

It rolls up easily and is tucked out of the way for larger cargo without blocking the back window unlike the tri-folds which are heavier and block your view.

Get one, you wont regret it
Haven't had it long so can't speak to longevity, but I can speak to installation and fit. It was perfect. If you have a 2012 Ram Quad cab, it fits perfect and I did it myself in about 15 minutes with help of their youtube video. Can't be happier.
Excellent quality for the price. I first contemplated OEM, but that this cost I decided to take a gamble. I am very happy with the fit, finish and overall quality of the product.
Installation instructions are in the cloth bag with the cover.

Installation was super simple and straight forward. The vinyl is staying quite taught despite many days at 90*+

I wish I had bought one for my previous truck! I will be buying again!
Originally the tonneau cover fitted my vehicle perfectly. One day out of the blue the back piece latching on the tailgate lifted upward. As a result there is now a gap between the tonneau cover and my tailgate where snow and rain are coming through.
