I just got a new portable washer for my apartment (a Panda, I love it) and wanted something to wheel it around easily.

This does work very well and all 4 wheels have locks. It came with it's own screwdriver and measuring tape for assembly!

I was actually missing 4 of the knob screws that you are supposed to use to secure the bar underneath, but they are such a tight fit, I didn't need them. Just be careful as the ends of those bars are sharp and I ended up cutting my hand trying to shove it into the corner piece.

They also give you non skid rubber pieces to put in the corners, but I thought it was odd there's no adhesive to keep them in place, so if you go to pick it up to use it elsewhere, all the rubber corners will just fall off. I'm just using it for the washing machine so no biggie, but in case you will be using this for various items, you'll want to glue them or use double stick tape.
