Let’s have a conversation about expectation vs reality. If you’re buying this slip cover expecting it to go on your chair and make it look like a newly upholstered dream, move on and just go get your chair upholstered. Seriously. Nothing will be good enough. If you’re looking to just cover the existing upholstery on a chair and want it to look pretty good and not like something that you’d find in a frat house, then this is the cover for you. It’s a little hard to get on and once you do, there’s a lot of extra material. It took some fussing and tucking, but I managed to get it to look pretty good. The material is a little weird - it’s like super soft checks - but that’s not really an issue. The cover comes with these foam rolls that remind me of mini pool noodles that you tuck into the sides around the cushion. It keeps the extra material in place and keeps it looking not super lumpy. Add a cute af pillow to it and no one will even know.

The stretch slipcovers went on easily. Our chairs are a very dark brown suede like fabric. We have a cat, which has had some digestive issues due to age. We needed something to help protect our furniture from yucky paw prints that can be washed as needed. These are no luxury cover, but for the price and my use they are perfect. Beats the heck out of draping old sheets and blankets on everything! The off white/ivory color I bought has a slight golden/tan hue to it, which is fine in our room. The slip covers stay put pretty well when people sit on them, with minimal re tucking needed. There is an elastic bottom all the way around that holds them down well. The fabric is nubby and soft to the touch and comfortable to sit on.

I added a waterproof pad on one cushion to help with puking accidents, then put the slip cover over that. Of course the cat prefers the other chair for now!

And as you can see- they are kitty approved for naps!!

I had purchased 2 quality made wedding back chairs for $25 ea., which I planned to recover. Until I do they were an eye-sore to look at, so I decided to get slip covers to use temporarily.

These slip covers were within the right price to serve my temporary fix. They were easy to put on and for those who haven't ever put chair covers on a chair they include placement tabs on the inside to make it easier for those who need it.

These chair covers met my need and my expectations.

They were easy to put when done right, starting from the top, first the front then back. I have found this way to be pretty universal with all chairs (that I have covered) but do not claim that statement to be fact regarding all chairs.

Did the cover improve the look of the chairs - Yes
Did the cover make the chair look brand new - No

In my case, it was impossible to "tuck in" the extra material in the creases of the chair to give it those clean "upholstered" lines. Using the chair daily would require frequent maintenance of the cover and its fit. Being able to take the cover off and throw it in the wash is a nice convenience.

I did a lot of research before I bought these. I had been using another brand for years, but they are so expensive and actually never fit very well. I liked the color and texture of these and the price was right, so I decided to give them a try. I found them very easy to install, but I decided to discard the little foam noodles they come with to hold them in place because every time I sat down they popped out. I like the way they work just fine without them. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they are so tight through the wing portion that the fabic actually sits away from the chair itself. They are also not wide enough across the front, and I'm not sure how long the fabric would hold out in a heavily used area. However, all of that being said, I was realistic in my expectations, and for a pleasingly slouchy look, which I'm happy with, they work well. I would definitely buy them again.

Ok- so I actually love these. I was worried they would make my chairs look outdated, but I think it actually looks great! These chairs have been in the family for over 30 years and I don’t want to reupholster them until the kiddos are a little older. So we compromised and got these and I’m VERY happy with how they look and function! Highly recommend them!

I was looking for a slip cover that would fit our Ikea Strandmon Wing Chair. We got the teal colored chair and my kids LOVE to put their feet up on the darn thing and I can't be bothered to keep cleaning it manually (we don't have a steam cleaner yet). From the photos of this one, it looked like the fabric could work compared to other wing back slip covers. I took measurements of our chair, some parts where a few inches off from the recommended sizing but I took a gamble and purchased it anyway considering it was stretchable.

There was no strong chemical odor when I opened the packaging, and the product was easy to install. I just push a little bit of the fabric in to make it snug. The kids love sitting on it even more and I don't even have to worry about getting the chair dirty any longer. It's easy to take off, put it in the wash (which I haven't done yet. Probably will update this review, if I can remember, after I wash it), and put it back on. It has guides/labels inside which parts goes where so that was pretty helpful.

My wing back chair was destroyed from my dog digging in the seat cushion. I contemplated having it reupholstered, but didn’t have the time or energy to get it done. This cover was a GAME CHANGER!! Looks beautiful and was super simple to put on. The bottom of my chair has a little decorative hump, so I had to pin the cover so it would stay. Other than that, it’s perfect!

This product turns your DUD into a STUD in less than 2 minutes! My only issue is that I accidentally ordered the wing back chair cover and because the pictured "winged back chair" looked exactly like my chair without the wings, but the pictured chair under the "plain This is my third chair cover ordered via Amazon and even after ordering the incorrect type, this purchase made the other mishaps all worth while.
