Order came in two packages - one showed 4 days earlier than the other and the secondary tracking number as not provided - had to contact seller for information on where package was (or if it was coming at all). When package arrived, one of the supporting joists for the main seating frame was splintered (see image of damaged product). Package also contained no assembly instructions besides shipping manifest for first package (second image attached). Basically bought a chore - better to go to a store and purchase something similar in person. Absolutely would not recommend buying this product.

The product arrived on time and was easy to put together. The pillows are comfortable and the overall result looked pretty. However, the wood cracked in a week from the product’s arrival. (It arrived on May 28th and yesterday it was cracked already). We barely had the chance to use it 3 or 4 times and it is already compromised (see photos)

Update: The customer service has so far been helpful. I am working with them to get the broken piece replaced, which is what I asked for (as I like the overall look of the furniture piece and I find it comfortable). I will update my review when the problem is resolved

This is a very functional coach, chaise or bed howoever it's fairly narrow which would be challenging for larger people. My only complaint is the ties for the cushions which work but I'd don't easily provide a snug fit. The assembly instructions had a few errors but nothing hard to get around.

I purchased this with no existing reviews, but bought it any way since it is exactly what we wanted. Very happy with the purchase! It is very sturdy and looks nice too. The bottom cushions can be softer, but the back cushions are very comfortable. Do be aware that it arrives in two separate packages.
