Beware! Do not buy!!! Frame came infested with bed bugs! Upon research, I found that this has happened to others as well - how can you allow these to continue to be sold?!?!? Absolutely furious!

So far so good. I am a big girl and my husband is not a small man either together we weigh over 500 lbs and we have 2 good size boys that lay down with us and a memory foam mattress that is very heavy. At first I thought that the wooden slats were not going to hold me but they do and then some. So far so good,no sqeeking or creaking and nothing broken at all and I move around a lot in my sleep. It's a very nice bed frame!

Received it yesterday, set it up and have slept on it for one night. So far, its exactly what we needed. Assembly was very straight forward, super easy. Its built well, super solid and no creaks.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of information on the slat spacing. There are two different answers in the Q&A section and neither are correct. There is 3" of SPACE between the slats on this bed frame. Take a look at the photo, hopefully this clears up some confusion for others.

I've purchased this frame in late November 2018. Assembled it with new mattress enclosed to prevent bed bugs and to my disbelief I've been having red bites all over my body for the past four months. I've had to take numerous doctor appointments to figure out what was happening to me. At first I thought it was a allergic reaction to my routine that I have changed. I enclosed the mattress just for safety as I thought a insect was bitting me. I woke up again this morning to finding more red itching bumps on my legs so on a hunch I took apart the frame and found bed bug eggs with a bed bug the size of a sand grain red in size. I tried contacting the manufacturer but unfortunately they wouldn't provide me with any sort of refund. I had to hire a professional exterminator to come out to my house. If I knew I would of gone through all these problems over this frame I wouldn't of purchased it in the first place.

Ok so i opened the box took everything out and was a little worrued because NO instructions or tools or anything but i went ahead and took everything off the pieces and turns out on the head board piece there is a zipper with a box in it with the legs, instructions, two bolt things and a allen wrench. I put the bed together an the boards were NOT staying. Turns out i put the side pieces together opposite. So took it ALL apart again an put it together PROPERLY. It is pretty awesome when put together correctly! (Lol)

My husband and I love this platform bed. We have a high quality memory foam king mattress that we have been using with the box springs that we purchased with it. And wow what an improvement this platform bed is. I had many reservations about switching to a platform bed because we've always used box springs, but I'm so glad we went for it. It offers much more even support for the mattress than our split box springs and we don't feel any valleys (though they were slight) in our bed anymore. It's makes our mattress seem more uniform and more supported. It's almost like a new mattress again. I can really feel the difference. It's super quiet so if one of us jumps up to check on the baby (me) we don't wake each other with creeks. I was worried about the height being shorter than the box springs but it's actually not low at all. It's the perfect height to just turn and step out of bed. No squatting required as I though maybe would happen. There's also adequate room to store boxes underneath. I also was worried I'd hit my shin on the sides or the legs but it fits the mattress perfect and I never even notice it. (In some beds I've seen the platform bed extends past the mattress and it is a problem). Not an issue for this bed. The slats across are a nice wood and my husband likes that there is a sticky tape you peel off so when you place the mattress on top it stays put. It was very simple to put together and is made very well. Some reviews note that the legs were missing but there's actually a sticker on one of the sides where the legs are hidden inside. So perhaps the customer didn't notice the sticker? Or the sticker was missing and the customers didn't know to look there? Or the legs were not placed into the compartment by the manufacture? Not sure but we found them just fine. The outer material of the platform bed is a nice material and is padded, and I really appreciate this making it safe for toddlers or adult shins (though I don't think I'd actually hit it it's so perfect ). It's looks really expensive and well made and we are thrilled we made the switch. I wish we had done so sooner to fully appreciate our mattress. Highly recommend.
Update 3/17/17. We continue to love our platform bed and continue to recommend it thoroughly.
update 3/30/18. Still love this bed. Still perfect and sturdy despite our dragging it to rearrange our room a few times. We continue to have great nights sleep on it!

If your not sure you will get a quality product if you want to try and save a lot of money, think again. Hats off to the engineers who designed this amazing platform bed. No need to buy a box spring and a bed. This unit is designed so a 12 year old could put it together. The only tool you need to assemble the entire bed is an allen wrench that comes with the bed. Free shipping too! My Bob's furniture can not even come close to the price nor quality of this bed. I highly recommend this unit if your on a budget, maybe a student, and looking for a good quality, cost effective product. Here is a pic included. Wish I could have posted a video showing how easy this bed was to put together. This company is also online and have many styles to choose from on their website. Looking for a minimalist bed frame, this is it! Super easy to assemble, low in cost, and easy on the eyes. This is no IKEA bed frame so it will free up a couple of hours from your day for assembly. Plus, with delivery to your front door for an item of this size, you can't beat it.

You'd think with the wood slats being included that this would be a hugely heavy and large box, but no! They are smart and put the wood slats inside the bed frame. This will also make it super easy in case of a move or something. Huge bonus points there!

Yes, there is no headboard, so if you're looking for a frame with a headboard you'll need to look at a different model. We upgraded to a king mattress from a queen and we actually gained space because our previous frame was so bulky!

Super happy with this purchase. Looks awesome, seems super sturdy so far.
It can all be put together with an allen key, a normal one comes in the box, I didn't realize until the bed was almost put together that there is actually a ratchet allen key in the box with the legs. Most of the screws are already where they are supposed to be so all you have to do is loosen them and slide the pieces together. I would recommend not fully tightening the outer corners of the bed until the middle bar has been put in, otherwise it doesn't fit and you have to loosen the screws back off. Took about half an hour to put together by myself.

I have had to reorder this product after the box arrived totalled smashed at one end and the legs were missing. Someone decided to apply a tremendous amount of packing tape to the package and send it on rather than return it damaged. The second box arrived damaged in the same way. I don't think Amazon would send these boxes out in this condition so I have asked Amazon not to send packages via Purolator as this is not the first package I have received delivered by Purolator extremely damaged. Had I been home when the package arrived I wouldn't have accepted delivery. Now I have to return a very damaged and heavy package to Purolator. A lot of trouble for a single senior citizen.

Very easy to assemble. It's mostly preassembled with all bolts, screws etc already in place, I put it together in less than half an hour. I deducted one star because I can't attach my Zinus headboard to it but it looks fine. The Velcro to attach the rails to the bed was a great idea and I didn't use the sticky strips to keep the mattress in place as it stays by itself.

Best platform bed for price. Very easy assembly. The ratchet included made assembly much easier.

I did run into an issue in assembly. The slat support beam doesn’t quite fit the frame in the steps the instructions say, which resulted in damage on one of the foot/head boards. Not impressed and not happy with the rips and tears as I followed the instructions. It did not fit in the instructions steps as stated.. I now have a damaged foot/head board from following instructions....

This king size bed frame was very simple to put together. The only additional tool (box cutter) I needed, was used to open the box. I had two teens assemble it. Very sturdy, nice height. I personally didn’t use the included mattresses velcro stickers. The mattress doesn’t move unless I’m trying to move it. Probably because it’s a king size and heavier than others. You may need the stickers. I haven’t experience any noise over two months since buying it. I am a heavier person and this frame supports the Casper mattress and me very well.

These guys thought of everything when it came to assembly. It really doesn’t get any easier than this , literally took me 20 minutes and the way the hardware is set up , there’s literally no way to make a mistake. The notes were a nice touch too. I would give it 5 across the board but that means it has to be perfect and unfortunately there were a couple threads hanging loose in spots. I personally don’t care and for the price everything seems sturdy and sound but again just thought I’d mention it for those who are ultra picky.

The delivery and packaging were great. The assembly can be done easily, 2 persons recommended. The frame looks very nice. It's a light bed frame, so non-slip pads are highly recommended. The stickers for mattress work great. I suggest to buy 8 inch mattress (10 inch might work too), more than that and the bed will be very high especially for elderly people, pregnant ladies and kids. It's worth the price.

Assembly was a breeze. I’ve assembled a LOT of furniture over the years, and this bed frame was the easiest and quickest piece. It took me about 45 minutes (including removing the packaging) without help. The tiny ratchet hex key is a genius inclusion! Honestly, best decision I've ever made, and a low price too! Took 30 minutes once all the things were out of the box to assemble and roll out a new memory foam mattress onto. The combination is blissful... Haven't slept on it yet but this is the most comfortable I've ever felt.
