Bought this for a couch, chairs and table. Works great! Read on a review to place something tall in the middle to prevent pooling water. Just turned a cushion on it's side. It was very windy this morning and rained all day. Cushions are dry and furniture is well protected. Great product so far. Bought this after snow season.
While shopping around for a cover for my patio furniture, I must have looked at more than 20 different types. All had decent reviews except those few outliers that report issues. I finally decided to just bite the bullet and go for one that was reasonably priced.
So far, this cover performs as advertised. It was large enough to completely cover my table and 6 chairs but as some have said, it could go a little lower. I added a piece of PVC to elevate the center to promote runoff.
I'll update this review after a few months in the Texas sun with the results.
The material is not as thick as the one I used to buy but that was $20 more. I like the hooks on four sides that you can loop over the table legs to keep the cover from blown over by the wind and it’s a bit deeper that can cover majority of my chair legs. What I don’t like besides the thickness is the fact That you can’t tighten it since it’s only have two (not four) flexible rope around the bottom that make it difficult to tight it up. We’ll see how long it’ll last. My previous cover lasted for 2 years before starting to rip. I’ll update this posting when anything changes.
This is in one dimension way oversized for what I needed but I had no choice. nothing else was available to fit the L shape size patio set I have. all good however. this is oversized in one direction but the overall fit is acceptable by all means. the quality is good and no regrets.
if you truly have something that will fit right into these dimensions then it's likely to be a good purchase. in general it's hard to nail the dimensions perfectly but who cares. close enough and it does a good job.
I don't know how it holds up long term but looks solid enough to handle at least a few seasons.
I really wanted this cover to work. It seemed well made and it was easy to put on my patio sectional/dining set. It’s a very good size. It rained the first night that I put it on. There were pools of water on top of the cover in the morning so I assumed it had kept my cushions dry, but once I removed the cover it was obvious that my cushions were completely soaked through. I have had them drying the sun for the last two days now. Super bummed that this cover didn’t work.
I am surprised how large this cover really is! I was able to fit my table and al 6 chairs under it. The material looks very sturdy and it ties on the bottom for protection against wind. I just put it up before a rain storm last night and I checked it right after and everything was dry underneath. I'm happy with the product, I will definitely update after some time passes. Great price, too!
At first, it seemed like this really was good and waterproof. The water does bead on the surface and roll right off, in a light rain. However, we have had some harder summer storms in the past weeks, and I have come to find that if the water sits on this cover for a little while, it does seep through and get my furniture wet underneath. If there are areas where the cover is vertical or at an angle, the area underneath remains dry; but for any areas that are flat or where there is some slack in the cover that could result in pooling of water, the water does soak through. I will probably be seeking out another cover, or using a plastic tarp underneath this one for extra protection for my deck furniture.
Cover is very durable but my table is ruined! We had very high winds and the cover was so strong that the wind went under the cover, lifted the table, flipped it on its back, throwing off and breaking the table top tiles. My table is no longer usable in any way. If a center cinch, or better yet two cinches, were included with the cover, perhaps my table would have susrvived. Instead my table is destroyed. The cover is fine!
