We had the sink installed for two weeks when it started rusting. It is NOT Stainless Steel if it rusts like that. Also difficult to clean because it is so flat, not slant to the bottom.
Bad thing about undermount sinks- Now I have to destroy our brand new counter tops to get the sink out because the manufacturer lied and is selling substandard sinks.
DO NOT BUY THIS SINK!!!!!!!
This is well made. If you want a strainer that shows and don’t mind your dishes sitting at counter level, this works just fine.
I love this sink! Super deep. Looks great. I well use the basket for dish drain and Love the drop in cutting board as I don’t have much counter space.
Arrived right on time, and the kitchen sink is a deal. My wife and I love how it looks and completes the kitchen. All the accessories/extras are a bonus that we did not expect or thought we needed! Great sink for the price. I recommend it.
Drain connection cheap plastic, thread needs deeper cuts.
Very easy to use but look great !!!
Absolutely Love it!
I've purchased and installed many kitchen (and bathroom) faucets, but this is my first ever new sink - so I'm not able to give you an opinion based on a lot of other products. I can just tell you that I'm quite happy with the quality of this sink. The drain assembly is nice but not expensive, as you can buy the same assembly on Amazon for under $15. I do like the design of it, but I prefer strainers that also serve as stoppers versus this design where the stopper comes out and either sits in the sink or has to sit off to the side. The bamboo cutting board is nicely done and sits well on the support bars.
As for those support bars, I'm not yet a big fan of that feature in a sink. Yes, it's nice that I can set the cutting board on them, but I'm not going to do that often. For me, they just seem to get in the way sometimes. I'm not going to knock the sink down a star because it has a feature that I knew about before ordering, but I mention it as something for you to consider - namely, how often will you use those bars given that they are always protruding out from the sink.
The undercoating of rubber is kind of a must, IMO, and I'm glad this has it. Plain steel sinks can be loud, at least louder than I like, and the rubber really helps dampen the noise. KORVOS did a nice job with the design and the production of that undercoating.
The steel surface itself - the part that you see every day - is also very nicely done. Smooth, and with a nice sheen. Time will tell how well it holds up, but I grew up with stainless sinks, and I'm used to them getting some "character" over the years.
The X grooves look cool, but I can't say if they really help speed up drainage. At least, not to the point that I notice.
When I ordered mine, these were priced at just under $200. Again, I haven't purchased any other new sinks, but that seems like a good value to me. The faucets that I guy are more expensive than that, though, so I don't expect kitchen sink equipment to be cheap. I do think that it's a quality sink with some features that I like and other that I don't (at least, not yet).
