I am not happy with this sofa at all or the customer service that Artum Hill provided. I got this sofa and it was damaged. One of the recliners gets stuck and makes a weird cracking noise that keeps happening. After talking to Artum Hill I was told theres nothing they can do repair wise (Even though it falls under a warranty which is just refund/replacement) Now I have a damaged sofa sitting in my basement with no hopes to get it fixed. I would never buy from them again at this point.
