They are very decorative but they don’t stop the heat from damaging your table. As you can see in the photo the design transferred to the table.

I love these. They are beautiful and thick enough to protect your surfaces while holding a very hot pot or dish. As a bonus, while they are being stored, I place them between pans or pot lids to keep them from getting scratched. You can even store them in the under-oven drawer, between pans, without fear of them burning. They are so easy to grab and just throw on the counter without any fear of a regular trivet breaking of scratching.

Order was processed and shipped fast. The package came on the day promised with no issues. The mats are very good quality and decorative. They look great just sitting on the counter when not in use. Tried using one to hold a stainless steel frying pan handle while cooking and it worked like a charm. Would definitely buy again as gifts for family and friends.

High quality, gorgeous designs, doesn't smell, easy to wash. I am very very happy with them. I love the white too. Wanted yellow or pink bit went with low key white and I am glad now. Would love to get a second set just to sit on my glass dining room table for the pretty design effects.
