For the price this is nice. The back rest cushions are constantly blowing off. You could Velcro or tape them but I generally bring them in before it rains.
I will try a Velcro. If this lasts a few years it will be worth it.
Assembly was a bit of a pain.

My wife and I have been searching for a rattan patio set for a few weeks and settled on this one. When you order, be aware that the set arrives in 3 separate boxes. Amazon didn't track the first 2 that shipped. In addition, the 3rd came from a different warehouse. Not taking away any stars as they still arrived quickly and in good condition.

When you do get it all unboxed, take your time to separate out the set and stage the screws and washers. Next, don't use their provided hex wrench. Get a drill, a bit adapter and a hex bit or a ratchet with a hex bit. This will save a ton of time and save your fingers, hands, and arms from burning out. I was able to completely assemble in about 3 hours (including unpacking, sorting, building and taking out trash).

One of the panels arrived bent so I contacted the vendor and in under a day that had responded and shipped a replacement. I can't stress how delightful their customer service is. That is the reason I chose to write this very review.
Kudos to the customer service team!

One thing to note as mentioned by others that left reviews, the backs are low and the back cushions don't have tethers like the seat cushions do. Oh well, this is one of the cheaper sets out there so I can't take off stars for that. If you don't like the cushions, upgrade them. Look and feel, fit and finish all 5 stars. I'm hoping my family and I will enjoy this set for many years.

I am thrilled with this couch for the price and the customer service is great. Our couch was estimated to arrive in 3 weeks but actually arrived in about 4-5 days. We received 2 boxes, and were missing some pieces. I contacted the seller and within a few hours they responded that the third box would arrive the following day, and it did.

Assembly was easy, between myself and fiancé, I would say 1.5 - 2 hours max. We used a power drill with a hex attachment which I would highly recommend. It comes with an allen key, but that was taking forever.

The cushions are a little thin but still comfortable. The furniture is sturdy as ourselves and family are not “small” people.

We do bring the cushions in after use to prevent flying away and water damage. I read they are not waterproof. We cover the rattan as well when not using. After about 2 weeks it still looks good as new.

Overall, I highly recommend at this point. We did not want to spend upwards of $1000 - $2000 on outdoor furniture. I am sure there is higher quality out there, but for this price point it exceeds expectations.

I purchased this 7 piece sectional to add to one that I had already purchased a few years ago, to make an extended wrap around sectional. I love my original sectional which was also 7 pieces, but this one is just as nice. You can't beat the price, the wicker quality is great, the cushions although not as thick as the ones from my other set, but are good quality. Our handyman put the full set together in about an hour 1/2 by himself. We've had it for over a month now and I am very pleased. I was nervous that the size and color wouldn't match my original set and although it's not an exact match, it works. I saw a lot of reviews critiquing the size of the set, and yes its not extremely large but the size if certainly not as small as some made it seem. Shipping came in 3 separate boxes, one arrived the day after I ordered to my surprise...and the other two arrived about 2 weeks later. Overall I am pleased and would recommend.

The items arrived in 3 separate boxes but arrived within a day or so of each other. Easy to assemble, only took 1 hr if you have a drill and the bit for it. Looks super cute together but the cushions aren't too thick, but you can't beat the price.

This set took my fiance & I about 3 hours to assemble, although we did take breaks. Other than that, neither of us have any complaints. Just recently had a get together & comfortably sat 5 ppl with space in between. One detail he doesn't like: the back cushions cannot be secured to the frame. The bottom cushions have attachments to hook to the frame. This small difference slightly annoys him, but not me. I find it all very comfortable.
