Normally, I don't purchase protection plans, but considering that I wanted the chair I purchased with this plan to last a good while, I decided to get this on a whim. Oh boy, am I glad I did! Not even a month after I received the chair, one of the arms broke off. After submitting a claim and whatnot, it was approved and I will be receiving a check in the mail covering the amount it would take to repair or replace it.

Certainly going to consider purchasing more protection plans from SquareTrade when I buy more furniture in the future.

I had to file a claim on a coffee table that was less than 2 months old, and experienced some issues on the website. I started a chat and less than 1/2 hour later they had fixed the online issue so I could complete the claim process. The agent was very friendly as well. Unfortunately this is the second claim.in 3 months I had to file (2 separate items) but both times they quickly resolved my issue and as for the first claim, I received a check for the full item cost in 5 days. Definitely will be sure to purchase their protection plan again if I make a purchase!

I want my refund on these worthless runners! The thinnest runner you've ever seen. Plus there is a chemical that my wife and niece went to the dr for and she said get them out of the house.
I use these stupid rugs in the garage and need no insurance on them. I will never ever RECCOMEND this company again. Maybe you should see the product and have dermolotologist check what's in it before you insure it. I want my refund need no insurance on this garbage!

Cushion-wise, it's not very comfy, but structure-wise it feels super nice. I'm 5'4, and it's really easy for me to curl up into this chair and sink into it. The seat is really long and wide, and the back of the chair is large so it feels nice to sit back in. The cushion leaves a lot to be desired, and the pillows are not very comfortable, but I made up for it with stuffed animals and pillows. It's worth the price if you're looking for a nice chair to sink into for homework or watching movies.

Can't seem to get warranty policy to the customer, so I cancelled the warranty. Not worthy fussing with a company that should act like they want your future business.
