Completely dissatisfied! I bought this for my son as his new big boy bed. He turn’s 3 in Aug. Was excited to get the product until I open the boxes & started to put together. Many of the main structural pieces were cracked, chipped, damaged. Not a quality product for the price.
Great bed. Didnt come with the correct frame work/ slats. The bed basically supports itself once its put together but the metal slats did not match the instructions at all. We were able to use them but they aren't the correct set. The only real issue I had was delivery. We were told by the driver that if he had to lower the lift on his truck (4ft off the ground) that we would automatically get a fee charged to us for that. Thank God my husband was there to unload the pallet himself.
