My main requirement is to use it as a bed for overnight guests and i have done good research on the internet for sleeper sectionals which can allow 2 adults to sleep comfortably. After all analysis i went with this beauty. I am totally satisfied. Assembly is very simple and i completed myself in 45mins. We can fix the chaise on either sides. The comfort is also nice as i like firm sofas. The looks are just killing.. overall happy buyer and i would recommend to go with this without second thought.

Love that it converts into a sleeper sofa so easily. Works better than expected. The loveseat portion has wheels under it and the bed has hinges to allow it to pop up and back down again. Couch is stiff but knew prior and should soften over time.

This really is a wonderful couch. I have never purchased a couch online and I paid $650, so definitely wasn't expecting high-end. I LOVE the color! It goes perfectly with my floors. It is exactly what I was wanting in that regard. The cushions are firm (as expected from other reviews), but it is comfortable. I also love the storage in the chaise. There is a TON of space there - far more than I had realized there would be. We also love the pullout function. It is a firm, but comfortable spare bed. In fact, the pull out is so easy I finally had to tell my children that it has to stay as a couch unless we were actually in need of a spare bed. LOL. They kept saying they wanted to lay on it as a bed throughout the day.

It does seem to withstand pet hair very well, however, it seems to pick up any stray piece of dirt or crumbs. I am constantly wiping it up. I have no idea why when with a cat AND a dog, i don't seem to have to wipe off the hair. We do live in the country, so my kids are constantly tracking in plant debris and dirt. It has not stained though - so that is awesome! I just wipe it down.

The one thing to realize is that each section is "hooked" together with the typical sectional metal connectors - each arm, each section, as well as the chaise. The convertible bed also doesn't really line up with the front of the couch, which means there is sometimes a gap between the cushions and the bottom of the couch. These are the biggest indicators that it is lower quality - but at that price point, can you really complain? Nope. Time will tell in how it holds up.

It's a great couch for the pull out bed. Super easy to convert into a bed and my guests found it comfortable. The couch itself is pretty hard to sit on. It's good if you like a lot of support, but it's not the kind of couch that you want to sit and curl up on to read a book or cuddle with the cat. Not the most cozy couch, just efficient.

This couch has literally no give. The product description says it has foam cushioning and spring coils, but they're so tight it's like sitting on a board. Maybe some people like this, but this isn't a comfortable couch by any means.

When approached about a return, the company wants YOU to pay for return shipping($200) AND take a 50% restocking fee($400). I'm not happy, but feel stuck with this couch at this point.

Generally it looks okay, with plastic feet, the fabric is nice. If you want to create a ambiance where guests are only allowed to sit uncomfortably like a prison, then this is the couch for you.

I was very worried about ordering a couch I had never seen, online. I love the firmness of this couch. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but it’s super practical and versatile. I live in a duplex on the upper level and the hallway is narrow and has a turn. I actually got a different couch before this and couldn’t get it in and ended up couchless for three months before I bought this one. It fit PERFECTLY up my impossible staircase. The only thing that was slightly irritating was that the couch came in three boxes on three separate days but again that’s almost an unmentionable inconvenience. Overall I’ve gotten multiple compliments by other moms on it, and I would buy it again

Love the look...streamline, nice material, soft back cushions, but seat cushions are way to firm. Not sure if they will soften at all. Will purchase a topper for the bed. Back cushions need Velcro to connect to Velcro on back of sofa. They just lay there. Guess this is the drawback of ordering on line vs sitting on it in a store.
