I put chairs in to cart, while i reviewed other items, I find that somehow I managed to order... I am not ready to order, I am still considering them, please cancel all chairs that may have been ordered. This also ordered by mistake. I am not sure what I did, but I made a mess/

I was double-billed for this Protection Policy and have been unsuccessful in getting a refund. Not happy about that and can't seem to get any resolution.

The arms of the chair were padded on to and the sides were boards covered with fabric with no cushion. It was not conducive for my husband’s needs. He lists to one side and he would not have been able to use it. I returned the chair.

I am very happy that I took the 5 year warranty. This makes it worry free.
