I was a bit hesitant to purchase this entertainment center due to the complete lack of existing reviews, however I took the risk and was very pleasantly surprised! Don't worry about receiving a damaged unit, this thing was packaged like a tank. Just follow the directions carefully and set aside an hour or two and you will have a great looking and solid feeling tv stand. No broken / missing pieces and easy to follow directions made assembly a snap. Only complaint would be that the doors feel slightly flimsy when you pull them open from the magnetic closure. They are a bit thin and wobble a bit. But it's a minor complaint that doesn't bother too much. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for and well worth the money. Very satisfied with my purchase. I'll keep an eye out for this brand in the future.

We bought the light one (it appears to be a “white stained light wood” print on thick board. That makes it sound awful but it’s actually AMAZING as you see in the photos. Very sturdy, large TV stand WITH a really beautiful fireplace that emits heat and makes the room look so cozy. I totally love it. It was pretty hard to put together. Took my husband a few hours and he’s usually very quick with stuff like this. He said it was very tedious. Maybe worth the money to have someone put it together if you’re not great at stuff like that!

PROS: The product was sturdy, and nice looking. It is made of a wood product with a wood lamante type veneer (thicker than most veneer). It's a heavy piece. Great with Farmhouse décor. Easy to put together. My son assembled it in less than 2 hours, instruction and numbered pieces helped.
CONS: Their Inspector with Quality Assurance Dept was sleeping on the job. When opening the package, the most narrow piece which goes in the front was broken at one of the pre-drilled hole sites. The manufacturer would not replace that one piece (which is numbered). Even thought I had ordered weeks before Christmas, by the time you email, get response, wait, wait, then a few more emails, there was no time to replace the entire console by Christmas.
:( They gave me a $30 refund for the problem. One thing to NOTE: I ordered through Amazon. Seller was WE Furniture. The package said it came from Overstock. My email were replied by Red Rock. When a purchase goes through that many companies, you're bound to have trouble, but there's no way of knowing this at time of purchase.

Very please with this purchase. It arrived quickly and without any damage. Packaged very nicely. Took me about 3 hours to put together. The one suggestion I would make is that when installing the doors make sure you pre-drill the holes before installing the latches as the holes they provided are not very deep and you will have a hard time screwing the screws if you do not pre drill. Very study material and has the look of real wood. Highly recommend

Okay first of all, I received this item in 2 days! I was so shocked when I saw it delivered barely 48 hours after purchase. I have to admit I was worried about buying this on amazon. I was extremely worried it would be made of particle board but nope! This is a really really good quality tv stand. It’s wood no particle board or cheap materials/ screws. It is exactly as pictured and looks amazing!! I’m so so happy with this purchase! It took about 2 hours to set up and it is absolutely worth mentioning that the box is shipped in a very secure box that has a protection board surrounding your tv stand to avoid any damage being done to your actual tv stand.

For $175, I honestly didn’t expect a whole lot. I liked the way it looked and hoped it would hold our 65” tv. It has far exceed my expectations. It’s is very sturdy and only took me about an hour and a half to put together myself. The directions weren’t 100% clear on a couple things, leading me to have to take a couple steps apart and reassembly, but overall it is definitely worth the price.

Heats a 250 sq ft room. Too well sometimes. Its 28 degrees F outside a d 74 in my living room. Only issue is there is no heat setting. It's on or off.

I bought this around cyber Monday to go with the new 65” tv I ordered. It arrived early, which was nice. It took myself and a friend a couple relaxed hours putting it together. It fits nicely, is sturdy, and looks like something Jo Gaines would pick out (in my opinion, haha). I took away a star because the color is a darker gray than I was anticipating and the doors don’t quite fit evenly; they are a little crooked so the one on the right is a little snug closing and he one on the left just barely lines up the magnet to close. Otherwise I’m pretty pleased with it.

Although it's a cute piece of furniture, it is so poorly made that I had to give it 1 star. I had to return the first delivery because the top piece was so warped/bowed that it wouldn't sit flush on the top of the unit and therefore wouldn't assemble correctly. Amazon was great and accepted the return and had another unit sent out to me. The second delivery had the top piece still mildly warped, but this one also came with a large crack in the top. It's not worth my time or energy to deal with a third delivery so I'm cutting my losses. Disappointing!

Purchasing this item has been an absolute nightmare!
We were ever so excited whilst we were waiting for this item to be delivered.
So the day it came we unwrapped it and were so disappointed to find that the top piece of the item(the long top that you would sit your tv on) was extremely bowed.
Amazon were very efficient when it came to sending a replacement, so we waited for the next one to come.
All excited again to get this up and in our freshly decorated conservatory.
The day it came we decided before starting to put it together that we would check the top piece to ensure it was usable and low and behold it was AGAIN bowed!
I give up! As it’s a very large, heavy piece of furniture and it takes a lot of effort to get it in and through the house!
Absolute nightmare!

Got my son to put this together for me he said it was hard to do and took him a full afternoon but hey presto by gum does it look lovely.The fire part of it gives a warm glow when just in the flame effect mode and when it gets a little cooler as the evening wares on you switch the heater part on and it blows out a hot heat and soon warms my living room.I love it.good solid unit and good colour

I bought this product as a tv cabinet.. when I saw it the fireplace was the best feature as u can have the flame light on without the heat and it makes the room really cosy.. the shelves inside are spacious. Enough to fit an old x box in.. it really is good value for money and it is quite sturdy. Easy to put together aswell.
