This patio set arrived super fast- like 4 days later. It’s really vibrant and colorful with easy to clean fabric. It looks really great on my deck. We played Uno last night and used the furniture and it’s very comfortable. It took about an hour an a half to assemble the entire set- the directions are very easy to read. Cons: one of the panel bars was bent but my husband is a handyman and he was able to bend it back. If he couldn’t have, the holes would not have aligned. Overall it’s a good purchase in my opinion.

 This is a beautiful patio set— better than my wife and I expected. My wife assembled it. It took her about 4 hours to assemble but I’m sure that if you have a power tool— it would take less time. My wife was very meticulous and precise in putting the pieces together. The first thing she did was counted all the parts and pieces to make sure that she had all the hardware needed. It is also a good idea and easier to separate all the hardware. Our shipment arrived after six days from ordering and it came in two big boxes. Both boxes arrived on the same day. None of the box showed sign of damage. It came with more than enough hardware— no shortage. If anything, we had extras when we counted. The instruction was just an illustration but easy to follow if you focus. My wife assembled the table first which was easy enough. My wife found that once you assemble one of the sofa’s and know which hardware it calls for, it becomes easier. We love it and the color is so vibrant! It is the right size if you have a small balcony or patio or as we call it in Hawaii, a small lanai. The decorative cushions were ordered separately (my wife will do a separate review for those) Our package also came with what they call plastic fasteners. We recommend that you use them to attach the assembled sofa pieces together and to keep them from moving. The back and side cushions are not secured in place and does move but that doesn’t bother us too much really. We’ve had other patio furniture that did the same thing. Not a biggie. The seat cushions stays in place and just the right thickness as expected. The table came with real glass that is beveled on the edges. This set is by no means high end but you would never know it. For the price we paid, I think we got a beautiful set. You can also arrange them however you want. We decided on the L shape because it suits the space on our lanai. Please be aware that this product is lower in height than most average height outdoor furniture. We love it regardless. I will come back to this review to update on the comfort and sturdiness of this product. But so far so good.

We recently purchased this for our patio. We have a 10'x10' patio and this fits perfectly. I was skeptical about ordering initially because of the bad reviews mostly around size and difficulty of assembly. However, I have a mechanical background and found it to be very simple. To be fair, the instructions are not the best. It is pictures broken down into picture steps for each piece. At first look, my son said "I don't feel like dealing with these instructions, so we traded places. With that being said, we completed the 5 pc set in about 45 minutes and it was simple.

Update:

Recieved a partial refund for the missing hardware and replaced it myself at local hardware store. Problem solved. Updating to 4 stars. If everything holds up after a few seasons I'll come back and update to 5 stars.

Instructions weren't the best. It comes with "plastic parts" and no where in the instructions does it say where these things go or what to do with them. I'm pretty sure they're to connect multiple seats together, but still, that should probably be mentioned somewhere.

In addition the package that held the sofa and table didn't include any "T 35mm screws". It should have included 8 of these "T" screws, but unfortunately our package didn't include any . I've included a photo of exactly what I'm talking about. Without these I'm unable to completely assemble the table hence the one star review for now.

Overall the chairs and sofa look nice and are pretty comfortable. Hopefully they'll withstand the weather for at least a few seasons.

I'll update review once additional hardware is replaced and let you know how their customer service is.

 This seller should be ashamed of themselves. They laud this is a steel frame, but the feet are silver plastic. Not heavy duty plastic either. Some of the welds are rusty, so you know what that means...it will probably only last 1 year if that. When you assemble, if you still buy this after my review, do so on top of a drop cloth or blanket. The rattan scratches really easily. I can also tell this will sit really low to the ground. I'm already apologizing to my poor knees. I will update the review once it's all assembled.

My product arrived in two large boxes at the time of delivery. It was packaged well and nothing was damaged. Although the set is beautiful, I would never order it again due to the difficulty of putting it together and the directions being “non-directional,” essentially not useful at all. I haven’t had the opportunity to really test its sturdiness because only myself and my daughter have sat on it so it’s sturdy enough for the two of us. Once I have the chance to have friends over to use it, I will revisit this review.

This is made of a pretty cheap plastic. The biggest negative is the seat is only 12 inches off the floor! It's so low, it's like sitting right on the floor. The cushion is super thin and not supportive at all, squishes flat with my 65 lbs kids on it. Definitely not worth $450. I have an awesome set from Home Depot that cost $500 and has lasted me 10 years. I don't see this lasting the Summer season.
