WOW! This is a beautiful, elegant, and well constructed Outdoor furniture set. The pillows are well made and have a zipper so that you can wash the covers if needed to, or replace the inside. They are about 2" thick and very comfortable to sit on. Building the furniture only took 1 hour and 15 minutes with 2 people. Make sure that you don't tighten all screws until they are all on the furniture. The high back support is nice also as it makes it very comfortable. Tusy store is reliable and quick to send your furniture set as soon as the order is placed. They also package it very padded and carefully. Everything arrive in excellent condition and we are enjoying this set in the evenings and mornings, and can't wait for the Fall to come to really take advantage of the comfort in relaxing while sitting outside with this beautiful furniture. WELL WORTH the buy! Especially from this company that seems to be very reliable and easy to answer all questions that you might have. My entire family loves this outdoor furniture set!!!

I would like to leave a revised review regarding my order of this patio set. I was initially frustrated when getting in touch with the seller because the patio set was damaged. Their customer service has been great, they emailed me right away to try to correct the issue. It involved delayed shipment and then the arrival of a damaged table top but they have been very diligent with reaching out, trying to stay on top of fixing the problem and have since resolved my issue. I don't like leaving negative remarks because i know it can affect new purchases for others so i am revising my review and rating them a 5 star based on their customer service and willing to work out the problem. I love my new patio set! Shipping was pretty quick. It came in 2 separate boxes and arrived a day apart. My only complaint, there is 2 screws you put in at the very end of assembly, on the top of the chair and loveseat. They are very hard to get in & didn’t line up. I had to loosen the other screws and they and it was still difficult. I have one that sticks out cause nothing I did helped it line up perfect to go all the way in. Also they are silver, so they don’t match. Black would have looked better. Other then that it’s a beautiful set and very sturdy. If I can add a picture I will.

Very nice good quality patio furniture set, but the glass of the table set was totally broken, it probably was caused by FedEx during the transportation. Here, I would like to thanks to the customer service from Tusy the seller. They took care of the broken glass issue quickly and responsibly, thumbs up on their customer service! Finally the glass came in a whole piece this time with extra extra wrap, it finally comes out very nice and makes my patio looks perfect, thank you!

Had to fix up a house that was completely wrecked when I purchased it by the previous owners before I could rent this out. This chair set just makes the big patio look amazing. The best part is, it always looks new because it’s super easy to clean(throw it in the washer) and rainproof. Its also very comfortable and super soft. It’s honestly on the cheaper side of outdoor furniture that I’ve bought in my career, back then I use to go to common stores like “bobs furniture” and would have to invest around 600-700 dollars on sets like this because they sold the pieces separately, but honestly, there’s nothing wrong with this set. If there’s one glaring downside though, it’s the assembly which I’m not looking foreword too. The assembly takes forever, like a good hour, but the quality is there and the aesthetic is pretty well designed (some people may not like the neon color though). Overall, wonderful furniture set.

I read a couple of reviews that the cushions were thin so I purchased thicker ones hence the reason for the different colors. My patio is not huge so they fit perfectly around my fire pit.
