This is AWESOME! I looked at so many kitchens before landing on this one! I am soo happy with the quality and all the bells and whistles. Assembly is ok. You need to be in the mindset. Lol or its like waiting to the last minute to write that research paper. Its alot im not going to lie. But if your in the right headspace - directions are not that bad.
Packagaing was great. This is defn. The best toy kitchen out there. All doors open. Knobs turn and click. My daughter loves it!

I searched and searched and read sooo many reviews. I wanted a kitchen big enough for multiple kids to play at once, tall enough for the older ones (so many kitchens are very short and my two year old was already taller than them), and I wanted it to look nice and not be an eye sore since it’s her one toy not in her room. This checks ALL those boxes. Very sturdy and I love all the storage it provides! She plays with her everyday and she’s had it for 6+ months. It does take quite some time to put together and it’s much easier with 2 people.
I love the colors and it’s got a super cute modern design which fits well with our color scheme. It has a ton of storage too. I plan to add push lights inside the oven, microwave and refrigerator to give it a more realistic feel as another reviewer suggested. The packaging for the parts was very convenient and directions were easy to grasp. It did take about four hours to install and that was done by an engineer who also does construction so be prepared to spend some time putting this baby together. Just a few issues: 1. Some of the doors install crooked and there is nothing we can do to fix them. 2. Some doors squeak, some are very difficult to open and some are easy so there isn’t much consistency. This is tough for kids to understand. Our baseboards are too large to allow us to secure to the wall and I’m actually worried my toddler might use so much force to open the tougher doors and it’ll tip over on him. I would’ve returned this due to crooked doors but it was already mostly put together and it would’ve been too much to take apart and put another one together so we’re living with it.
I contemplated several kitchens for my grand daughters play room before I decided on this one. I took into consideration reviews and cost. This seemed like the best option. Although intimidating at first, it was pretty straight forward to put together. I did it alone in 3 hours. I only have 2 issues with it. The first one is that there are two sets of "C" screws. some have white paint on the ends, others don't. I mistakenly started using the painted ones first. Those would be best saved for the end because those are the ones that are visible. I didn't realize my error until I had used them all and there was no way I was going to take them all out and replace them with the correct "C" screws. If you buy it remember to use the unpainted "C" screws first. The second issue is with the towel holder. My gut instinct was to leave that part off. I knew that it would come apart quickly and there would be no way they would leave a towel on it. Yep, within the first 30 seconds one of them removed the dowel and whacked a nearby stool with it as hard as she could. I confiscated it and my husband is going to attach it permanently for me using very large washers screwed into each end. The girls spend hours of playtime in this kitchen. It's very well made. I believe I'll be getting years of happy use from it. For size reference, my grand daughter in the picture is 14 months old
I bought this for my 3- year old granddaughter on the suggestion of her parents. My daughter-in-law and I put it together and we were just amazed at how great it is. Yes, it was complicated to assemble, but if you've put together anything from Ikea you'll be used to the line drawings with no words on them. Everything is very well labeled. Just do one page at a time and you'll get there. That said, I was glad to have two of us working on it, just saves time finding the right piece and double checking which direction it goes. I don't know if my granddaughter even realizes that not all real kitchens have these features! It definitely rates five stars.
Absolutely love this kitchen. Have only had it about a month, but so far my 3 y/o niece, 4-8 year old grandsons, and even my 14 m/o granddaughter have played with it for hours and hours. It's holding up well so far, even to some kid rough-housing. Only thing I wish it had was some additional "counter space" but none of the other brands seem to have that either. It's well made and really cute; would definitely purchase again. Just make sure to leave yourself several hours to assemble it. Directions are drawings only, and not always clear. Not something you want to be putting together Christmas Eve for sure.
This kitchen set is the best set ever!!! It is heavy duty!!! I believe it is about 65 pounds. Very durable and sturdy. It will take about 3 hours to put together but that time is well worth the joy and and excitement from your child. My daughter received it for her 4th birthday. She is about 40 inches tall. It fits perfectly under her loft bunk. We added touch lighting in the oven and underneath the microwave (above the burners). Of course some cool appliances and lots of imagination and this is the perfect set that will last for years!
