This has proven to be a fantastic faucet with just one drawback. We picked up one of these for the break/lunch room sink and it looks outstanding. The button to switch to spray doesn't lock, so you do have to hold it down (although we knew about this going into it, so this wasn't a problem). So far everyone has had nothing but positive things to say about it.
The only draw back is where the head piece screws onto the hose. You experience what I am talking about during installation when you have to remove it temporally to flush out any loose particles in the line before using the head. It unscrews from the hose connection that slides into the neck revealing plastic threads. There is no rubber washer or anything. Now we have seen YouTube videos online with this issue before buying, so we kept this as a scenario in our mind just in case. The issue, is that it may leak at these threads. Sure enough, when we finished installing the faucet, it did indeed drop and even spray a little from the connection point of the head to the hose. No matter how tight you screw it on, the leak was there. The solution however was easy. The videos on YouTube experiencing this only complained about it happening, but didn't try doing anything about it. All we did was apply a good layer of plumbers/seal tape to the threads of the head. This solved the leak/spray issue and the sink was ready to go.
We are all tech geeks here, so plumbing isn't our forte--however, we still knew how to handle this. We can sometimes demonstrate a high level of OCD when it comes to alien projects such as this, to make sure that every variable is dressed neatly. Plumbers tape should be something everyone should have on hand when working on anything involving water like this. You should always apply it to any thread scenarios to help fight against leaks.
That being said, an added solution by the consumer doesn't count towards a perfect finish as the leak shouldn't have been there to begin with. We took a star away because of this as it should have worked right out of the box based on the items that came with the faucet. If Kraus has leaky issues, then they should at least include a small ring of tape with their products to serve as a bandage to the problem.
Beyond that, it is a fantastic looking faucet. It looks great, sprays great in both modes and adds to the aesthetics of the installed environment.

UPDATE 2020: It still looks awesome and works great! I love it!!!
This faucet works great and I am so happy I took a chance and ordered from amazon instead of waiting weeks for a special order from Lowe's or Home Depot. It literally took TWO DAYS to be delivered, which is amazing because we don't live in the continental US.
PROS:
-Looks beautiful, I love the sleek design and spotless finish.
-The spray button feature does not have to be held in place, it's a little button on the side that you can press and forget.
-The pull out spray head works great. It clicks right back into place after use. Been using it for about a month now with no problems.
*As for other reviews that mention the head swiveling too much, we don't have that problem at all. Ours was installed by a professional, and he didn't mention anything either. It is not too bulky, and it looks great. Exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with this purchase and would buy again from this brand. Will definitely update review if there are any problems with the faucet in the future. But so far, EXCELLENT!!!
I love the faucet! My concern was that the hot water adjustment did not allow for the position to be fully opened, as the handle hits my backsplash.
However, it seems as though I get full hot (not mixed with cold water); that was a relief to find out after installation.
Additionally, I don’t have to ‘hold’ the toggle button down to keep it in spray mode - they apparently listened/read consumer reviews and made the change.
So far, I really love the faucet and hope it continues to function well and look great for years!
Update 2020:
Toggle button for stream/spray no longer works! It switches between the two and forces me to hold one or the other. Makes a horrible ‘ratchet’ noise as it goes back and forth if I don’t hold it.
Had to put a rubber band around the button to hold it in one position- not very attractive.
Almost a 5-star on this.
-nozzle part is not metal, it is plastic
-nozzle is not a button like pictured, it is a rocker-type switch. works great, but not as pictured.
-the weight on the retractable hose is really big and bangs against the water supply pipes under the sink. this is not avoidable for me with the included weight.
-the quick-connect for the main hose certainly does connect quick, however good luck getting it apart. I wanted to try the slip-on weight from the previous faucet to try and keep it from banging against the pipes but I couldn't get the dang quick-connect to let go
Other than that, the install was very easy. It comes with almost all the tools you need (two allen wrenches), if you use a tool to remove and replace the hot/cold water lines. I was able to do it with just my hands.
The on/off handle is very smooth and linear, easy to reach.
Water flow is slightly less than full blast yet still powerful.
The nozzle is very easy to manuever.
I chose this one because of the overall shape, simplistic design, and angle that the nozzle points, which is what I was looking for. The price point was the closer for the deal, as I didn't want to spend more then $200 on a faucet.
This is a very sturdy piece. It looks like it and handling it every day it takes the abuse well. also looks amazing in our kitchen. this is our second kraus product and the last one really did hold up well also. Only gripe if anything is you have to push the nozzle back in when using the extension most times. ive fiddled with the weight alignment underneath the sink a few times and cant yet find the sweet spot where you can just let go and have it snap back.
Not sure why others have complained about the sprayer function not staying on on its own... Maybe they just have low water pressure. Mine stay on just fine
