The replacement bar works great very sturdy.

I had to order a replacement as two of the angle bars were both right sided in the first package. I tried to email the manufacturer but the email bounced back as unknown email.

I chatted with Amazon customer service and she was able to quickly get a replacement to me the next day.
I could of had a refund but I wanted the replacement because the bar is a great design and easy to assemble.

The replacement process worked great. Bar is just what I expected.

Product was timely delivered easy to assemble however two parts were missing one of which being very important for the sturdiness of product I emailed the seller received correspondence promtly I need the part within a day and a half due to my mother being released from a rehab to her home...she will greatly need this product I will temporarily have to place a bolt in place of the e clip that is missing other than that so far so good... Oasis space, has followed up with the part that was missing with tracking product will work as intended,

My pt suggested a bed rail to assist me getting in and out of bed, and positioning myself while in bed, after back surgery. It was very easy to assemble - 5 minutes - and has been a game changer for me. It is very sturdy, offers the support I need, and helps me stay safe because I don't have to twist. This rail was literally a snap to assemble. I wondered about stability -- but once the brace was under the mattress, it was clear that this rail isn't going anywhere when you pull on it. We put it on an adjustable mattress so the rail moves up as the mattress tilts up -- it still worked great. My husband needed the rail when he was recovering from a broken hip and replacement. Now that he is recovered, he want the rail to stay on the bed, and finds it useful.

We used this as a support to help my mom get out of bed. It is strong and sturdy, and easily slides under the mattress across the whole bed. It is a great item. Good quality. Made me feel good about her waking up on her own.

Requires no tools, but some of the parts are a really tight fit to assemble. Just be sure the height adjustments will fit under your mattress. It is sturdy enough for pulling upright from a prone position. Could also ber used to prevent rolling out of bed.

This device is a great Investment. I was struggling to get in and out of bed. I have Parkinson's and it was sometimes painful to get in and out of bed. I also got up once and ended up in the floor, that will not happen with the handrail..
